Trail was ok... granted it’s November, but. I wouldn’t do the full loop again. The last (or first depending which way you go) section of asphalt is anticlimactic. I would personally head upstream and just explore around the basalts and suspension bridge. That was worth the walk it is a stunning view

Short and sweet. You have the ability to make the hike more or less "scrambly", depending on your preference. Path is obscured with October snow but general route is relatively obvious. Very enjoyable

Great trail to do if you're pressed for time. Possible to do in about 2.5 hours. Current conditions are snow covered trails, you get about half way and it is confusing where the trail goes as it is covered with snow.

The river is such a gorgeous emerald color! Absolutely worth spending some time in this pretty area.

Neat little place to check out and to learn about how this sand dune was formed. So glad I made the small detour to Carcross, totally worth checking out the town and it's diversity, where else in Yukon can you see a desert, sand beach, beautiful lakes and moutains?

Splendide!

The trail gives a good workout with the steady ascent to above the tree line. We chose the left at the fork that goes down to Bonneville Lakes. There is a small section that is muddy and wet from a wellspring that flows across that section. Beautiful views of the Lakes and mountains adorned with bright yellow colours of Poplars. We reached the endpoint of the trail on the south end of the Lake and doubled back to the point where there should be a trail that traverses the side of the mountain. we found none and we bushwhacked to a point that is a 3rd way up this steep mountain slope. we had to make our way up to the top without any sign of a trail until we reached the top where we eventually found the trail that led us back to the trail head.

Beautiful views of Whitehorse and surrounding mountains. Went looking for the cave after reaching the summit and found it however we did some bushwhacking on the way, with steep sections as well. Overall it was a good hike on a very fine day

My group was not prepared for the steep incline so we turned around pretty early but the views were spectacular. Bring sturdy shoes and prepare for some scrambling and loose surfaces. It's definitely fun, just stout.

Well worth the short sand hike to the viewpoint.

Trail was easy to follow up, but I couldn't find where the small loop was at the top. I think I was walking off-trail for a bit at the end and ended up turning back up around the way I came. It was a quick and easy walk. The trail gradually climbed all the way up. Some parts were close to the edge. The view up was beautiful though!
