Wonderful in fall, just beautiful.

Very nice and relaxing place to visit. Little walk close to river and old buildings

The views of Montreal are incredible from the lookout and make it worth the trek alone. If you wander past the lookout, you will be rewarded with many miles of beautiful trails, ranging from large roads to small sandy foot trails. This is the best view of a city I’ve ever seen from the ground and definitely should be part of any trip to this historic town.

Beautiful trail!

was Ok, nothing to write home about, lots of swamps you can walk/cycle over on wooden ramps. not much wildlife probably because it's too urbanized a neighbourhood

awesome.. kid friendly

super good to bike or to walk up the stairs.

Easy climb riding an XC bike, lots of people so speeding uphill is not recommended. Nice view of the city of Mtl especially from the Chalet belvedere.

If you are a tourist, please don't take this trail. I take the bus down Sherbrooke St. every day to go to work and it is not a pretty view & it's a very busy street. Use bus/metro if you want to visit the Olympic stadium/gardens; don't waste your precious time walking this stretch. S-Transit app will help you get around.

If you prefer to take a stroll, I'd recommend either the Old Port, Mile End, or the Plateau.

Great views from the lookout. A truly quintessential Montreal walking trail.

Gorgeous views!! Spent a few hours walking around. Really loved it!!

Not so easy if you take the stairs... but oh my god, Montreal in front of me.. just, wow!

Pleasant and easy walk. Beatiful forest in the middle of the city. Nice view above downtown at the belvedere. The park was design by Frederick Olmsted, the same landscape architect who design Central Park in New York city.

Beautiful park, love the tam tam’s on Sunday’s all summer long

Hey can anyone tell me where the starting point of this hike is ?!

Great urban walk. Plenty of great architectural gems along the way!

Always a pleasant walk with the dogs. hiden trails are fun to explore and away from the crowds.

Easy hike...can almost run up if you're feeling ambitious. Pretty views of the city at the top...watch out for the selfie sticks

Beautiful view at top, you can take an expedited way up that isn't 3.7 miles or whatever it says, it pretty much steps right up the side of the mountain. Often there are vendors up there with water or ice cream. There is also a piano for people to play, which is an amazing idea I discovered in multiple places on my travels throughout Canada. Sitting on a bench looking out at the city with music in the background is something else.

Great hike - 400 steps and difficult after a day of walking the city, but well worth the view at the top!

This is a very good park to walk in. I went to the Chalet and it was NOT easy. It is also very cold the higher we went. Take your time, you will get there. The pay off is a beautiful view. gorgeous.
