Beautiful trail with moderate difficulty. Enjoyed it !

❤️❤️❤️ one of my favourite places for a hike

great trail. the cave is so cool.

Very lightly trafficked with tones of to explore.

Did the loop with 3 kids and a puppy. Didn’t realize the end of the loop was climbing in, through and up the caves. Challenging for sure, especially with the current icy conditions. Will definitely do this one again and again. Lots of opportunity to explore our beautiful area. Bring your bug spray also!

We had a blast today! The caves were definitely the highlight. Some tricky spots because of the ice but it just added to the adventure. Would recommend. There could be better signage and maps, we weren’t always clear of what path to take.

It’s becoming too popular, if you don’t like the crowd, go before 10am on weekends...

Amazing views, watch the ice in the caves this time of year. Absolutely worth it !

For someone new to hiking this trail route was a challenge but enjoyable. At my beginner pace it took 3:15hr including a lunch at the top and going off route about 1km to go through the caves etc. I got a bit turned around at the escarpment because the many other forks and paths aren’t in the map so pay close attention to your gps for guidance in this area. Beautiful views and a great afternoon !

Great trail! Clearly marked and adequately challenging. Rocky and muddy at points and crowded at the start of the trails but peaceful and quiet once you get further in. Wonderful experience 10/10 would recommend.

Did it in March covered in ice. Challenging hike at that time of year but made it through. A load of fun and certainly no crowds!

Great very lightly trafficked trail. Nice mix of flat, hills and rock areas to climb, also has multiple water crossings (great for the dogs). As others have said I highly recommend doing the hike counterclockwise, otherwise you will be hiking up quite a few inclines. Overall great day out, would do it again.

Loved this trail. Got a little lost at some points but still enjoyed it. Caves are a bit strenuous but worth it! Absolutely beautiful

Nice multi species treed trail, lots crossing creeks and brooks, varied elevations, mini water falls, spectacular views of lake Ontario, Trillium flowers, great trail for warmer weather, well shaded.

Pretty trail and look out. Some strenuous caves if you're up for them but they aren't necessary to complete the hike. We went in early spring and it was the perfect temperature, a little chilly in the caves.

I walk my dog here every few days, doing a 9 km loop through the canyon, Crawford Lake, and the Rattlesnake Point sides of the escarpment, but I park at the very end of Walkers Line instead. If you go early in the morning, or mid afternoon on weekends, it can be very private.

it was an easy hike. beautiful views

very easy hike

Great trail with great views and lookout points has both moderate and challenging trails very busy on weekends

if you come in from the Collingwood side of 9th line the winter maintenance on this road stops About 2 km from the parking lot with a large snowbank blocking the road so you cant access the parking lot.

Short hike but full of adventures! A lot of climbing and areas to explore! You’ll definitely need hiking boots for winter, there’s some slippery and icing areas. Be sure to go counter-clock wise through the path.

nice short hike and such beautiful sights to see

Awesome trails ! Great for family or if you looking for a good hike.

We did this trail in late November with snow on the ground, and it was wonderful! The trail is well marked and the rock formations are amazing. I agree with Joanne that it's best to do the trail counterclockwise, especially in the late fall and winter. Trying to navigate your way down slippery, snow-covered rocks into the crevices wouldn't be fun!

Spend the day head all the way to Crawford Lake

Good trail with some very nice views along the way. There are enough ups and downs to get some exercise, but I’d still consider it a very easy trail. It connects to the Bruce Trail, so it’s possible to turn this into a longer hike. It’s nice even during bad weather since there are enough trees to protect you from the rain.

Lots to explore. Really enjoyed exploring the caves and crevices. Did it clockwise witj some back tracking to hike up some and into some interesting things.

Very nice trail. various side trails of the Bruce rail system in the area also. I'll be trying to to get it again soon.
