Easy trail, and very nice. started out mid morning and it was not busy. I enjoyed the quiet peaceful hike

Great for families! Shaded in most areas, beautiful scenery, blueberry fields. Perfect.

Nice trail, easy enough for kids, and yeah, those big pines are a sight to see!

Feels longer than 2.3 km, can be a climb at some times. Very picturesque and relaxing.

It's a nice easy walk for all, nice one to finish the day of longer hiking. The beaver dam is quite neat and worth the visit! Mostly in the shade and doable without hiking shoes. Enjoy!!! :)

beautiful trail- one of my family's favorites so far. Quite buggy, but worth it.

Beautiful look out over the lake, different foliage and terrain throughout the walk.

This trail is an awesome day trail lots to see and you might even get to see a moose!

Not much in the way of rapids but a nice little walk. Some areas are muddy and need to step carefully. Wooded area and can be best with bugs.

Beautiful trail!! Seriously buggy make sure to use mosquito net or spray !! Short and easy hike but great photo opportunities !!!

Very simple trail has some good views and the boardwalk goes over a portion of the big. If you’re lucky you may see a moose.

Beautiful mix of scenery. I ran this trail with my dogs in the early spring, lots and lots of ice and where there wasn't ice the was mud, but that's when you get when you run in the woods in early spring! I would imagine this trail would have a lot of bugs once the ground thaws.. but this is one of my favourites so far:)

Nice walk, but high traffic and some areas with mud. I did this trail with my 4-year old daughter without any problem.

I almost die at this trail. In an early May’s night, I came to No.10 stick- that is, the bank of Bat lake. The lake is iced, so I don’t know the road is cross the lake or along the lake. I went cross the lake and finally lost the way. Luckily, I didn’t fall into ice lake. Thanks Load.

Nice little hike, not overly challenging even for children. I've done it many times over the years, including in the winter (icy on the cliff).

Hiked the trail in December with snowshoes (though they were not really needed). Nice variety of things to see from different forests, to ice formations, to scenic views.

Really neat scenery and interesting history but a very simple trail. Virtually no elevation change and most of path is wide and clear.

Wet and muddy after (and during) rain but a lot of fun! Good amount of elevation change, but clear paths.
