Peaceful and quiet. Currently there is no water in the falls, disappointing for the dog.
The map is off and takes you on a fairly unused makeshift path in the woods.
The trail is marked, next time I will follow one of the two marked trails.

fun

Very pretty little trail, you can walk directly across top of falls to the other side. Neat old brick house remains.

Was nice, not crowded at all. There is a fee and honour system.

nice place.. a good hike. waterfall makes it worth the while. definitely bring bug spray.

A really nice easy hike, lots of scenery. There are two sets of falls, upper and lower, if you want a more intense hike, I suggest working your way down to the bottom of the upper falls, no trail and lots of rock to climb over but the view is stunning once you reach the bottom of the falls! There is an old historic village with lots of really old buildings (late 1700,s early 1800’s)

Beautiful and easy hike! Great trail to start with

Easy and worth the views

Interesting little trail, that exceeded my expectations. Rocks, roots, hills, and a waterfall. A hidden gem.

Very poorly taken care of and badly marked, the only nice thing is the water fall . Other then that I would not recommend this trail

Excellent loop with waterfalls (when enough rain)!

Shorter hike but very pretty.

Easy hike (or rather walk) that can be combined with a longer hike on the Bruce Trail or a walk through the vineyards nearby. When we where there, there was hardly any water in the falls after a long warm summer, but the scenery was still beautiful.
To get from the upper to the lower falls you'll cross the small 'Heritage Village' which is a nice sight on it's own.

Went on a hike with my family here at balls falls. There was a lot of beautiful scenery. Our three year old son really enjoyed the hike and asked to go to this location again. The hike was pretty easy.

Great hike after HEAVY rain. More often than not there's no water flowing over these falls.
