I came last September and had a great time, but I came back today in july and it was infested with mosquitoes!!!!!!!! 2 hours of agony.. worst hike of my life!!! only come during non-bug season.

Excellent hike with a 6 & 4 year old. Lots to see. Don’t forget to lather on the big spray, the mosquitoes are really bad.

lots of poison ivy and tons of mosquitos. wear long pants and closed shoes!

Loved the trail. Only managed to get about half way before my 4 year old got tired. Lots is poison ivy and mosquitos so wear long pants. The entrance is just 3 sticks with trail paint so don't miss it by accident! Very easy walk, nice board walk part and the birds sing like Snow White is your hiking partner. Can't wait to go back.

✅ - beautiful overgrown forest with lots of wild flowers and uncommon vegetation ❌ - prepare for an army of mosquitoes

The Hall Road stretch of this trail is my girlfriend's favourite... We're usually here multiple times per week.

Only did a short portion of the trail, it’s not bad but it’s quite muddy and overgrown in some areas. There are also a TON mosquitos so beware

Beautiful walk! Would definitely do this again. Not as busy as some of the other trails in the region. A lot of mosquitos, so bring bug spray!

You definitely need proper foot attire for the rocks and ridges on the trial. Some areas had brief mud. bring bug spray for sure ! the loop is properly marked. rough road to get to head of trail and there's a turtle crossing while drive there so be cautious. The Irwin side trail was alittle confusing for me. I ended up on some overgrown trail with bugs who hadn't seen a person in ages. Unless I messed up but that trail didn't seem to be properly marked.

keep smaller dogs on leash right now, coyotes have been spotted and going after smaller dogs

An amazing adventurous trail to go out and have a blast with friends and family or just with your pet. Perfect for nature lovers, photographers, runners and others. Go off trail and crawl between the rocks. Just be aware of the mosquitoes, they love you!!
