Close to home. We use it for training and walking the dog.

A bit easy to get turned around but it’s worth it for the beautiful fall walk!

Absolutely Awsome trail for walking

The trails are well designed, every turn I could see different things, and could finish 4 km easily within a 83-acre small piece of land.

Don't start on the south side as people have mentioned. The trail is not maintained, could be good for a short dog walk but not for biking. At 2.3km into the trail it abruptly ends at a fence and there is no bridge to cross the river to the other side of the the trail. Several fallen trees on the trail. If it was maintained it could be a great simple trail.

Lovely trail, lots of loops and tracks inside .
Easily marked
Great terrain for mountain biking or a good trail run

Great little loops. Lots of different trails and well marked. Can get a bit buggy. Seems pretty great for biking, but hikes great either way. Would mark it as easy though

Not a great trail for moderate bike riders. Not groomed, sandy and rocky. Better for hiking and mountain biking biking!

Great trail to walk.

We just went and the trails are closed due to forest beetle infestation maintenance.

Beautiful hiking, biking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing trail that offers an array of forested environments with their own unique plants and animals. Although, the trail is peppered with numerous winding trails (optimal for mountain biking), which can be disorienting and may get you lost if you don't have a map handy. Despite this, these trails offer excellent obstacles for mountain bikers, with varying difficulty levels, and are not limited to bikers, as you may choose to walk them if you're interested in a change in terrain. Overall, the bikers and hikers on the trail were very friendly, providing users with a friendly experience.

Brownhill Tract offers excellent opportunities for biking as well as hiking. Featuring tracks ranging from simple to technical there is a wide range of difficulty for all types of trail users. The Jack Track which flows from trail to trail is 16km long. The trail is however prone to both bugs and poison ivy so dress appropriately.

The AllTrails isn't accurate. Very easy to get lost here. But it's beautiful and serene. Many trails to choose from.

This trail would be a great walk if it wasn't blocked off 1.5km in.

There's a pond that prevents you from continuing on the trail. Too bad.

Not too bad for snow shoeing. Terrain is woody, loopy, and pretty flat. Variety of trails to choose.

Most of the trail was closed because of the holland river bridge construction. Was disappointed but it seems like a nice walk if it was open :)

Two thumbs up for the people or community who built those trails. Fabulous trail system that can be used for hiking, biking and running. So thrilled to have found them. Will be back for sure

Good trail it's close to the city of Newmarket, yet it feels like it's away from the city. Overall not very challenging and has some nice views of the Holland River and Holland Marsh.
