I love this woodlot. A little slice of heaven, particularly at dusk.

Took my city bike along a stretch of this path. Perfect conditions. Not too many hills, easy ride. No mosquitos. Path is a combo of paved, gravel and mulch. Would be easy for kids, dogs, strollers and walkers/hikers of all levels. The path runs beside a creek and behind houses. Lots of different spots to get in and out of path. Well-mantained by the town, plenty of garbage cans, no litter.

Loved it! Scenic and beautiful!!

It’s amazing trail with lots of sightseeing

a good trail,I loved that it was well maintained to the most part. the construction cones thrown around some areas and that's ashame

Very short, hoping they extend it more!

Great trail...my dog and I enjoyed it !

Hard packed/fine gravel path for the most part. Good for bicyclist too. The trail follows a small creek for a good part. Nice enough walk for a bit of relaxation but can be noisy in some spots due to the urban environment. Just a couple of notes. This trail is marked April to October but considering it's hard-packed with crushed limestone there's no reason in my mind that it can't be used year round. I'm sure the locals do. I don't see any reason why a wheelchair can't access this trail. It is somewhat hilly at points but there are no other obstacles that I would think to be an impediment.

The hiking trail is well maintained for the most part. It is a nice hike and it offers a very smooth terrain. Can be buggy in certain areas. Bring water if doing the full 14km hike.

If you like waste barrels and traffic cones randomly strewn through out your hiking trail, this is the place for you!

I walk my dog regularly along the trail. I’m not sure how it got a moderate rating. It’s flat and groomed, so I’d suggest it’s pretty easy walking. It runs along side of the Holland River so there’s plenty of birds and other small forms of wildlife.

First hike with my three kids under 6 years old. Great walk with a stop at the creek to look for toads , then some wildflower picking and pretending to exercise on the equipment placed on parts of the trail. Fun!

Had a nice quick hike here today, a hidden gem for sure, nice easy trails.. Very family friendly

This trail is different than the other "Sheppard's Bush trail" in allmaps as this maps some of the routes within the conservation area itself. It's a nice open hardwood forest. We went on Easter and they had hidden eggs around the forest - was fun! It's nice to have healthy looking forests like this sprinkled in the busy GTA.
