You will probably not see anyone else out here and if you aren’t used to the area or backcountry trails it is easy to get lost so bring adequate supplies. It gets dark, bring flashlights. The trail is puddly, muddy, and snowy in winter but worth it!! There is a guest book at the beginning of the trail in a little hut which is adorable. You have to walk/quad along the beach for some time before you get to the real trail. There is a summit! Divert to your first obvious left and walk up all the stairs to get to a beautiful picnic area at the top of the hill with a Newfoundland flag flying high. Just make sure you don’t blow away!! It has breathtaking views of the ocean. If you keep going you will get to an abandoned town called Kings Cove. You can see the remains of pillars in the ground where houses used to be. There is also a beautiful beach with lots of optional rock climbing and some caves, although the beach is covered with plastic that has washed up from Europe and from the island too. Lots of bullet casings wash up here for some reason.

Little-known trail which leads to a stunning 360 degree panorama view of Green Bay and Burlington.
