we found this trail hard to find, but found it eventually while walking around. the trail map on here is wrong. the first loop closer to the water is a trail, just not this one, although you can still do it and it will lead you to it eventually. you can park near the resort and the trail head is right across, follow "High Lake Eco Cabins" trail. there is signage for Top of the World trail now. it is a short hike, not steep. well worth it! we just went in fall, the colours are stunning!

lots of traffic to this trail, lots of bikers. Good for dogs on leash only.

It was fun both times. In winter Snowshoeing and fall hiking!

Nice walk with interpretative signs about the trees. The forest is very beautiful and reminds of the beginning of the Snowwhite movie! The short version is really short, it’s fine to follow the mountain bike signs for a longer hike.

My favorite hike in Birds Hill. It is a big, so unless it's been very dry for sometime, expect to get wet feet. It is beautiful in the winter.

My go-to hike when in Birds Hill.

I didn't get the whole trail done today (recovering from a flu), but what I like about Brandon Hills is how many intersections there are so that you can make your hike longer or shorter as you go. They also just put up great maps at each intersection that shows clearly where you are and how to get to the next intersection.

Great little hike with my 6 yr old.

I went with my grade twelve classmates and it was so beautiful and so scenic! Loved it so much! Would definitely recommend good footwear lots of steep hills and slopes. So worth it though!

Second time doing this trail. They have made signage better and have added some Woden bike challenges. View at the top is amazing.

Nice hike to beautiful lake with dock.

Great trail for a fall day. Interesting terrain, ups and downs over rocks and roots, well marked. On the first fork 10 minutes in, go right for the pretty trail; stay left if you prefer more of a road. Took about 45 minutes to first sets of rapids, an hour to add on loop which has 2 more waterfalls. So pretty! All done in under 3 hours. Great day hike from Winnipeg.

It’s a decent trail if you just want to stretch your legs for a bit and live in the area. There’s not much for shade so it can get pretty warm pretty quickly in the summer.

The entire perimeter of the loop is 1km so it helps you to track your distance. Beautiful park, paved path. Just a great scenic place for a walk anytime of the day in any season!

It was closed, and very grown over.

Very easy, but beautiful.

The north side trail is nice, easy and a bit shorter in comparison to the other trail which offers more of a scenic route since it goes along the river. Make sure you bring bug spray for this one.. especially for the loop by the rapids.

Its easy to find once on the high lake trail. An enjoyable trail with a very nice view especially in the fall when the leaves are turning.

really enjoyed this trail, the leaves in autumn are beautiful! dont go after a rainfall though, very flooded. enjoyable trail, feels more like hike, a little more rugged than the other trails.

A 4km loop trail with an option for a turnoff to do a shorter 2km loop. An enjoyable, easy trail for families with Kinasao lake as a scenic destination. Minimal undulation and drier than the nearby arrowhead trail. Approximately a 1 hour investment at a medium pace with young children.

Excellent trail, well marked with lots of options

Signage a bit difficult to find.....ended up going backwards

We were saddened by the lack of animals.

A nice, easy hike to Sturgeon Falls. Lots of different mushrooms grow here in the late summer and you can sometimes see otters playing in the water.

For a longer hike, turn right after crossing the suspension bridge to go to Pine Point Rapids (8.7 km one way). Not much in terms of views as it's essentially a wide swath of access road through the forest, but you're likely to have it all to yourself. @jesiannoutdoors
