Hiked mid week so no crowds. Trail was dry with only a few muddy areas. Cypress Fall area was lovely with lots of water flowing. Needed to reroute at top of falls section over to Whyte lake as some trails were over grown and not well marked ended up following utility road for a short section. Definitely worth the time

Cypress Provincial Park is closed until June 1st due to Covid 19

One of my absolute favs. Saw a real cool leaf on the ground. DM for pic

Some snow still on May 26, only the last 1.5km though. Only saw one other person on the trail today; bring a bear bell! Beautiful hike with a couple of impressive waterfalls. Fun, technical trail with tons of roots, little bridges and creeks to navigate.

Although muddy, one of my favorite trails during/after rain. The mist though the trees makes everything a bit more magical. Went today and the trail was in good shape with some muddy sections. Ideal to hit this trail during the week, as there was no issue with parking in the lot.

Great trail, nice change of scenery from trees, stream and lake. Some parts are quite muddy still and have patches of snow. Follow the blue signs carefully. We got to the lake and went back the same way, didn’t do the full loop because it was unclear but still satisfying hike

We've hiked the Cypress Falls area a few times now, but this was our first time hiking through to Whyte Lake. The trail was in good condition, super easy with low elevation gain. I relied on the All Trails map to help navigate after reaching the top of Cyp Falls. There were a few intersecting trails and we wanted to carve our own path. Overall it was an easy hike, good walking excercise.

Great trail for a quick hike on week days. Started at cypress mountain vancouver outlook. We went down by the river and back. 40 minutes both ways, 2.3km. A lot of shadows and nice to walk by the river.

The bridge is out in the middle of this hike. Personally, we just hopped across the rocks, but take that at your own ability level. The trail is very muddy - would not recommend your nice runners. Found a geocache which was cool!

Great trail, lots to see on the way up if you like rainforest and waterfalls. Snow above where Brother’s Creek bridge used to be, all the way around the lakes. Very hard packed, only punched through a couple times. Can be easy to lose the trail as a result. Blue Gentian still frozen over.

Easy hike to the washed out bridge, mud, snow spots to the Lost Lake. Blue Gentian is fairly snow covered and plenty of interesting wet spots if you want to cross the creek etc
