A moderately difficult, short loop to see the unique 'pillar' of Pillar Provincial Park. Though not a lengthy hike (0.3 km one way), the trails can be slick when wet and a few trees have blown down across them, hence the 'moderate' tag. Some hikers have created routes around these obstacles. If it's wet out, I would recommend shoes with grips, especially if you want to climb a little past the pillar to get a better picture. The trail does extend above the pillar for added mileage.

Easy 3.3 km trail from the Chase Cemetery to Chase Falkland Road (6.6 km out and back). Lots of parking available at the cemetery, which makes it the best end to start at. Nice and wide trail the entire way, with optional side trails like Attila's Lane and Chase Falls, as well as some steep single track trails if you want to add elevation gain to your workout. Beautiful trail for walking/hiking. Trail runners will want to be aware of the moderate amount of embedded rock.
