Perfect trail for beginner bird watchers and kids. Also perfect for observing some common native plants and teaching kids about them.

great beach walk.. a little too busy on weekends though. I'd avoid it on weekends if you don't like crowds

nice walk close to city. there is a variety of different scenery on the trail and plenty to explore. Can be annoying at parts since it's close to the highway

trees are quite impressive!

nice walk, different options for trails. a dog friendly park with an off leash area.

Easy walk with the kids. Lots of cool old stumps and creeks.

Very nice walk for being in the City and close to the Hwy. But we enjoyed it every single time we went.

very easy wish it was bigger but good for a stroll with the dogs. Off leash dog park bonus

Love this trail. You are surrounded by trees most of the time so even on hotter days you stay on the cooler side. I have done this trail with my stroller without any problems (any roots are easily avoided but it gets a little bumpy when you are going over the bridges). Lots of great scenery to look at. Lots of people on this trail.

A wide paved loop that is great if you have a stroller or a bike. Not a ton of shade so it gets hot on hotter days. One stretch of the path is right by the highway and can get really noisy (to the point where it’s hard to hear the person next to you talking). Lots of people on this trail all the time.

Fun little ride on a nice wide paved path. My youngest daughter (91/2) didn't like the little hills too much and wanted to do a ride with just flat and downhill sections - lol. We did the loop counter-clockwise. Had a picnic lunch before heading off, but little shade to be found and no water tap either. They did have about 3 picnic tables tho. fair amount of shade on the ride itself, we will be back for sure!

Absolutely beautiful park, the people are friendly and the trails are very well maintained

I quick little trail with decent scenery and lots of wildlife to see, especially when the salmon are spawning in the fall!

A simple and easy to use trail for anyone, just a little on the plain side of things.

Nice place for a walk... lovely views of mountains and oceans. Parked on O'Hara (near Alexandra Neighbourhood House), walked out onto the seawall and did the loop at a moderate pace: Blackie Spit to the Marina, down Beecher onto Crescent, back along Beecher to the seawall. Took about an hour. Would go again.

Nicely shaded and easy terrain, I took my son in a stroller and it was a nice time. Looking forward to another hike soon.
