I can confirm that there doesn't seem to be much of a trail about a kilometer after the falls. The trail veers off to the right but there's supposed to be a section that keeps going north. Couldn't find it so we turned around.

Has anyone finished this trail recently? I got to the 3.5 km mark where the trail splits and it's some serious bushwacking.i can tell that it's been well groomed up to that point and the trail that splits right was as well. I'm not sure if they haven't gotten to this path yet or it's not a priority? I plowed a few hundred feet through the overgrowth before turning back.

Great biking trail!! Did yesterday. Colony Farms access from Pitt River Road is closed and we had to ride the road to Shaughnessy St and follow it over the hill to a trail on the right that leads back to Colony Farm.

The northern portion of the track shown here (approx 1.3km in length) is barricaded and closed from Pitt River Road, south to the trail junction. Detour signs are in place at Pitt River Rd. A massive new business development is being built right alongside the trail. This closure didn't seem to stop a few cyclists and a hiker from overcoming the barricades and proceeding, however.

A good, easy walk. Trail is flat and paved. I started from the red bridge and ended at Lions park, much of which runs along the Coquitlam river. Unfortunately, there was not much to see in the winter. The trail may be more scenic in spring or summer. The portion I took was an urban trail behind some condos.

This is a flat, easy and scenic 25km bike ride. Going at an enjoyable pace it took 2 hours. A section of the Wilson Farm Dyke Trail is closed - from Pitt River Road to the Shaughnessy Street trail connector. We had to bike on the road: Pitt River to Shaughnessy Street to the trail connector. This added probably an extra 1km. Would do it again.

Biked trail in a few hours easy.

It’s a wonderful trail with many entrances, a fun Kids Park, à couple of Dog Parks. There’s a Waves & a Starbucks downtown for a nice break.

Great urban trail. make a day out of it stop for coffee in the morning and a beer at the finish. great urban adventure. long enough to be a challenge albeit not a hike but a long walk with lots of variability for all

A section of the trial was closed (seemed permanent) so can’t really complete the “loop” Aside from that, a nice trail to walk and bike..

Easy hike alongside the river. We couldn't find the continuation of the trail, it maybe it is better accessible later in the year. River carried a lot of water.

Did 18km of the walk. Started at Kebet Way off the Mary Hill. Walked south along the water and then up Roth along the coquitlam river until crossing Shaughnessy and heading back to where we started.

Very flat trail, albeit quite long. If you only wanted to do half the trail then I would recommend to start off in the clockwise direction from the trailhead, to get into the forest part of the trail early on.
