Very easy little walk. Great for toddlers and strollers!

Great workout! The first part of the hike is very easy with a wide open trail but once you hit goat trail it’s straight up. Comparable to the apex hike at Knox but longer and a lot less crowded. Amazing views at the top and lots of side trails to branch off on. We did it in March and no snow which was nice! Trail was dry!

Entire hike is a climb up, a bit of ice and snow higher up (March 21, 2020) so be careful!

Great trail was heavily wooded and very secluded peaceful with serene Lookout views great for dogs

Pretty easy hike. There has been a fire in this area in the past so a lot of the trees are burnt. Not the best views. Proper path to walk on. A bit rocky in places but not unsafe. We took our dog and he enjoyed it. There’s a bench 1/3 of way up but no view. About half way up there’s a good view point looking down at the stream. We got about 3/4 up and it was quite icy and it was a cold day so we turned back. The rest of the path was clear from snow. The view back is better with Okanagan Lake in the distance. Very quite no one else on the trail. Saw lots of deer.

Did this hike a few times over this winter. Some sections get deep snow which would be nice for snowshoes. Seen Ruffed grouse and White-tailed deer on one of my hikes in February. Don’t forget to write a note at the hiker’s book when you reach a viewpoint

A nice walk in a natural area. Recommend to all level hikers, kids and elderly folks. On March 2, I saw a hungry bat catching insects over bridge 4! An exciting highlight. Look forward to going back in the spring and summer to look for blooming plants and other wildlife :)

Nice hike. Challenging with the snow and icy trails but was able to do it without clamp-ons. My dog enjoyed it.

Still pretty icy at the top. Spectacular views. Approx 50 min up/30 down at a moderate pace

Perfect for a quick out and back hike! This trail is good all year round! Not a lot of hills and the trail is well maintained! The parking can be limited in the winter months.

Awesome hike! Lots of people on the trail on most days. The view point at the top is one of the best in the Okanagan! Well maintained trail.

Great trail for an afternoon hike. Excellent option for a late winter hike. The trail starts off in the Ponderosa Pine stands and then brings you up into the Fur Timbers. Beautiful view of Okanagan Lake as you ascend the hill. There are lots of little switch backs which makes the climb up to the top very approachable. The actual trail is 3.7kms

This trail is great for winter hiking! The bottom end usually has little to no snow on the trail because it’s south facing. As you get about 1.5kms in the snow levels increase as you climb. Late winter you can hike to the top but I’d recommend snowshoes for the last 2kms. The trail is nice and wide like a quad trail. Excellent views along the trail and at the top! Lots of whitetail deer in the late winter.

Great hike, the view at the top is an amazing reward. Make sure you got to the flag and leave a note in the note pad too!

great hike. lots of incline. well marked. pay off at the top.
