Great hike, not challenging in regards to the terrain but the length does make it a challenge. Beautiful forest walks, boardwalks and a stunning waterfall makes this a fabulous hike destination.
We walked the road back instead of the Baden Powell, which seemed to be easier for the route back.

Great hike! Beautiful waterfall at the end

Nice moderate trail, I wouldn't categorize it as hard. Amazing views at the end. In the summer it's a great 3 hour return hike, in the winter it's an even easier 3 hour return snowshoe trail.
Highly recommended.. here is a video of our snowshoeing trip earlier this year: https://youtu.be/7FVLNTGHriw

Awesome hike for views and trail is beautiful. The only downside is that it's busy. The Forest was lovely and we did this pretty quick with our three year old but he's pretty adventurous! check us out @loewenlife for quarry rock and others! Parking is difficult, try to go early.

Did hike today.. nice beautiful hike... fantastic view..

Went down after going up the grind. Hard on the joints but well worth it.

Fun enough

Beautiful short trail. The suspension bridge is incredibly busy with tourists. However, the trail itself is much calmer. Took about 35 mins a decent pace.

Amazing view, and great workout! but bring bug spray and lots of water.

Disappointed overall. It’s all hype and a $96 entry fee for 2 adults, overcrowded as heck, and not too many good views due to the insane amount of tourists. Might be worth doing once but I would skip if I were you.

Excellent, completed in early evening wasn’t busy and not as hot as during day

not much gain but you have to focus on the trail. the lake is small but very peaceful place.

Easy trail with some stairs throughout, nice family hike. Gets very crowded.

Fun hike and beautiful look out once you reach quarry rock but I’d put this more as moderate for families as there are a ton of stairs to climb which may not be great for young kids, varied ability or older adults. Can get pretty packed with people in the summer.

Moderately difficult hike. Steep with some easy scrambling required near the top. Going up is easier than coming down due to the many loose rocks, especially in the first third of the trail. Took under an hour and half to hike up to top but a little over an hour and half to descend because concentration on foot placement is needed to avoid slipping. Good workout and doesn’t take too long. Started around 8am on a Sunday morning. No one at the top except myself. Quite a few people going up as I was descending but not as many as you would find on the more popular hikes.

Loved it! All trails tell you to park in residential area but there’s a nice picnic area parking closer to the trail head. Starts out quite easy for the first 4K then gets more difficult but still moderate. It’s about 7k each way to the falls but we recorded 17 after the extra walk to the car. If you want to swim in the falls there’s some tricky rock spots so just be careful overall wonderful hike with gorgeous changing scenery. Note ***Once you reach the small suspension bridge follow the stream up to the falls.

definitely a longer hike about 13 miles roundtrip, the 2nd part is quite rocky with somewhat difficult sections. the views of the tree covered mountains and clouds resting on them is quite magnificent, and it's pretty much a rainforest throughout the hike. the waterfall was cool. dog friendly trail. overall was a great day, great workout! it took about 4-5 hrs.

Amazing view and wonderful hike!

Easy peasy walk or great beginner trail for those just getting in to trail running. Great variety of woodwork, wider gravel trails and narrower dirt/root/rock trails.

This hike will defiently test your cardiovascular system. its steep and rugged terrain of which your constantly gaining elevation. Only 1 good viewpoint which is the lookout. However when I went Vancouver was covered in haze. I did this hike as a prep for golden ears. I would defiently do it again to keep my lungs in check. Took me 2 hrs 20 min up and 1 hr 10 min down.

Doable for a beginner but you will be pushing your limits if you are out of shape. lots of great views on the way up and down and the view from pump peak is great.

a handle of sections with snow, maybe 50 meters all together.

completed this twice in a day. great hike

It was easy to hike but the view is stunning ..There are lots of roots just be careful. Some trees have no orange sign and confusing.

Truly a wonderful hike! A bit busy for a Saturday but overall for 17km, you could not beat it!

Great trail. Very steep and relatively dry right now. My two complaints are the trail is not well marked and the bugs. Make sure to bring a compass with you as there are some parts where cell service is spotty. I didn’t bring bug spray or a net but if I had I’m sure it would have been better! Worth it regardless!

Did this hike with my son during early summer. Lots of blood thirsty black flies and mosquitoes. Be sure to have good hiking boots as trail is mostly tree roots, rocks, mud, uneven terrain and some snow. But, the reward is the view at the end. Did this in approximately 4 hours including rests and time spent at the viewpoint. If your planning to bring your pet, expect the feet of your dog to be muddy after this hike.
And, watch your every step as a twisted ankle will ruin your day.
