Good first hike of the season, just enough incline to make it feel like a hike. Haven’t done this hike for a few years and was surprised by how busy it was in the middle of the week. Be ready for every other person hiking to be gripping their phones or texting as they are hiking. Also passed a few people with music blaring which just doesn’t seem to fit the surroundings.

An excellent beginner trail.

Nice easy walk through the woods; perfect for out of town guests who want a quick outdoor activity. Easy hike, great view. Can’t lose.

Took it with my kids and they all made it round trip!

Fairly easy route for a trail run. The first bit is fairly flat and smooth, while the second part gets a bit more rugged. It's a great trail to run with your dog since there is water along the entire route so they can cool off easily along the way.

I love this hike - though there are a LOT of stairs. A lot.

Good little jaunt with a great view at the end, bring a small snack/lunch and enjoy on the rock before heading back down again.

Great view at the top but loads of people around on a sunny day. Do recommend going early morning to avoid rush hour and enjoy a beautiful sunrise. Lots of stairs!

Our family did yesterday June 23rd . First part to the Water Fall was easy , after Suspension Bridge was medium then hard but very beautiful and fun .

Nice, easy hike, but 75% still covered in snow which makes it a bit tricky at the moment. Overall beautiful scenery and two cute little lakes, but mosquitos...and LOTS of them. Not much elevation gain, so should be great to go shoe-shoeing in the winter.

Did this today Jun 18/18.
This to me was a pretty hard hike considering I did one in Pitt Meadows earlier in the morning. Maybe if I only did this then it would've been a little less stressful on my ankles. quite a long hike.. about 6.5km in and 6.5km back some rough terrain but also some straight paths.. waterfall is amazing and while ur there, dip ur foot in the freezing water.. it'll help with sore ankles like mine. lol. would definitely do it again!

Great hike. Small scramble at the end. 90% still snow covered.

An intro hike with great view. Deep cove is also great for standup paddle boarding and picnics.

Hot and sunny up in the mountains! Still lots of snow and debris so the trail is a bit more difficult to navigate through. Watch your footing and be careful on the rocks.

Once on the Lynn Peak trail be ready for a solid climb for the first hour then after a little reprieve your back at it. As everyone mentioned there is lots of rocks and roots so this is way better for hiking than it is trail running.. Take your time, put in the work and enjoy the view of North Vancouver and beyond.

Fantastic views with minimal effort. Lots of stairs! Go early to avoid trouble finding parking.

A great day at the trail.. I highly recommend this and I would suggest to go as early as possible to beat the crowds...
lovely views and not technical at all. 5hrs return and spend at least 30 min at the falls, absolutely worth it. All dogs welcome . went June 9. 2018 great walk ..

The first half is just a normal trail then progressively harder more challenging. Good hiking boots are required unless you want to turn an ankle. If your young and in good shape you’ll have no problem but if your 70 like me and still in good shape expect a few sore muscles the next day.

Not very long, but steep

Amazing view! I hiked with my friends yesterday.

Did this after we completed the snowshoe grind. Though it was cold, managed to challenge ourselves to complete it. The views were pretty amazing.

Early May. Was my first trip up a proper peak. Fantastic. Went with a friend on a Wednesday morning and saw just two others on our way down. About 3.5hrs total. Only one small patch of snow near the top, none on the trail itself.

Its a pretty good intermediate hike in my opinion. The view of the waterfall is well worth it in the end. I did this hike last weekend. Just so you know there are two ways to get to the falls one that is just plains and the other one has some elevation and rocky paths that you would need to cross. If you are looking for some challenge in this hike then I recommend taking the latter path which is very well marked as well. Enjoy the waterfalls

I did this hike by myself yesterday. I'm not an avid hiker so took me longer than the average 2.5-3 hrs mentioned in the other comments. That being said I think the trail is accessible to all fitness levels. It is a rocky dried up river bed with a reasonably difficult incline, but as long as you have decent hiking boots and watch out for loose rocks it's doable.

goorgeous view

If you enjoy a very long walk then this would be the trail for you. If you are an avid hiker who likes climbing then this isn’t. It’s a really beautiful, well marked, flat trail with one short area of incline and a few switchbacks. There is a waterfall at the end but I wouldn’t say it’s worth the long walk in. The extending trails that allow for the harder hikes are still closed due to snow but once they open then make sure to bring extra snacks and water as the first part is already about 7km in. I gave this one 3 stars as I enjoy the views at the end but for those who don’t mind not seeing a view then you would probably enjoy this one.
