Great hike! Very well marked and maintained. Steep but the views make it worthwhile!

This trail was like being in another world. From small log bridges, lush waterfalls, climbing caves, and fields of wildflowers!

Be aware of a wasp nest at the beginning of the first waterfall. We passed many others who also got stung!!

We started on the Hartley road and used a off roading suspended Jeep to travel to the second parking lot. There were other trucks that went to the second parking lot as well.

Love it...have done it in winter & summer!

Great hike for all ages (we had as young as 4). Included a stop for ice cream for kids and a beer for the adults.

Great hike with view points through and old cedar and fir Forrest. Cool huge trees. Do the lake trail at the top before stopping at the lodge for a beer.

A difficult hike, make sure to bring plenty of water, moderate incline at first then becomes steep, trail is overgrown in parts but you can make it out. As trail becomes less obvious just follow the inukshuks/rock piles. If you can, wear ankle protecting hiking boots as there are some areas with loose rock. The loop took my brother and I 8 hours but the map at the beginning of the trail says it can take anywhere from 9-12 hours.

Great hike, and beautiful 360 views. Pack a lunch and eat at the top. Hiking poles would be handy to take the strain off the legs on the way down.

nice trail with awesome views of Fernie and the ski hill.
it's best to have the app with a map with you as this is a combination of several trails and there are no specific signs for this trail.
defetnetly worth actually going up to the top of castle rock!

Loved the hike even though I never seen Fairy Creek Falls. Ended up at the summit. The lack of signs to the falls had not just me but other hikers lost and confused.

Hiked with a group of kids (11-13 years old). Took 5 hours up to the cabin (with lots of rest stops), 3 hours down (again, lots of rest stops). Everyone enjoyed the cabin!
The only downside is the lack of available water. We packed in everything we needed since we were unsure of the 'lake' (swamp/pond).

Great trail and excellent work by the volunteers who maintain it. It is relatively strenuous but the there’s definitely a reward for effort. The sunrise from the top of the three sisters is one of the best I’ve ever seen. The only downside is the last few kilometres of the trail (literally and figuratively). It is a long decent with not much of a view. All in all though, this trail is definitely worth a sniff.

Interesting hike with many steep parts, quite short, there is a river crossing but you can avoid that by climbing over the nearby dam

very pleasant trail, lots of great forest areas but also some rocky ones so make sure to wear hiking boots with ankle protection

very tough but awsome veiws .incredible at the summit

Steep trail. Views were gorgeous. Some ankle twisting rocky terrain towards the bottom but if your walking it’s fine. Just watch the footing if your running the trail.

Lovely, cool shade along the way of an ancient forest path. Beautiful

Excellent trail, recommend the overnight, 2 or 3 day to capture all this trails beauty. It’s definitely a strenuous trail. Pack lots of water, food, snacks, camping gear, bear spray and other defense mechanisms for any protection you feel you may need. Recommend this trail 5 star!

It was a nice, fairly easy hike but the trail gets to a point where it’s too overgrown to find so we had to take the maintenance trail back

Great trail. a lottle confusing as to what way yo go at times. Stay onnthe widest beaten travk and you will get the the stunning Fairy Creak Falls!

Was beautiful . Pretty muddy and lots of bikes but all very respectful. Best marked trail I think I’ve ever seen- impossible to get lost. Waterfall at the end was beautiful. Great short little hike!

Up to the lake it took us 45 mins and then 30 mins back down. The weather turned really quickly at the top so I would be prepared for anything. Also , the lake was still frozen over in the first week of July for us. Great overall hike though, not too challenging because it’s mostly uphill and not too long!

Beautiful views. We went counter clockwise from the lodge and climbed to the summit they have cleared the blow down and the trail is entirely passable. Coming down along the fire road was not as much fun as walking through the Bush. Some bear scat around but didn’t see any of the furry varmints.

A very easy trail for the view you receive, I definitely recommend if you're looking for a quick and easy hike

Tons of winterfall that has yet to be cleared. After the first bench at the top of the first set of switchbacks it is impassable. Trail crews were starting clean up on the lower trails when I was leaving. Great scenery. Make sure to have bear gear as there was several piles of fresh scat.

Did it at the end of April with quite a bit of snow. Still a great little hike, with a beautiful little waterfall.

the indicated start point is in the middle of a trailer park. This is a mish mash of town trails with no parking or trail head, not an actual trail persay.

This was an awesome hike! We finished in 1 1/2 and it was great! Nice scenery and beautiful water falls overall loved it

Great hike. Still some snow on the front approach and plenty on the rear which makes for some interesting route finding.

Super easy hike to the falls and back! I have never seen so much signage on a trail before. I would recommend this trail to anyone!
