Great hike

A bland trail. Not much to see unless you take some side trails. Good if you live in the area and do not have much time to travel. The trail is wide and the inclines are fairly gentle.

Find this trail to be perfect for after dinner.

A great hike that can be challenging and offers an incredible view at the end

First off, Google maps says that the trail head is on the right, but it's on the left if you are coming from the main road. There is also no actual sign anymore signaling the entrance. The trail was alright but it's quite dirty. Lots of garbage left along the majority of the route.

a lovely little place with lots of meandering trails that lead to and from a couple lakes (Mundy in the middle and Lost Lake in the East side). The trails are wide and well maintained for easy walking, running etc.

dog and kid friendly too - though do beware as, despite being right in the middle of Coquitlam, there are occasionally bears seen in the trails.

Great easy hike. Can be busy during peak hours on sunny days. Trail gets very mucky and muddy after a rain.

Some steep sections but a nice 2 hour stroll

Nice short trip on a steady path, easy morning stretch , great hiding place at the top of the falls

Great little hike. Took about two hours return with my 4 year old. Fairly flat but some small streams to cross. Best have proper hiking boots for this.

Hiked in 40 mins and came upon moma bear and her cub at the Loop. Beautiful forest hike till that point. We had 8, 10 and 13 year old kids. Aug 8.
