3 best things about this trail. Dogs, dogs, and dogs. Aside from that, Burrard Inlet is nice. Unfortunately, the sunset is obstructed.

It is very, very difficult.

Lot of squirrels

Not much elevation gain so it wasn’t much of a hike. Decided to run this one but at this time of the year with leaves on the ground and some muddy patches, it can be dangerous with slippery patches and covered roots. I’d recommend just doing the trail around the lake.

Nice little fall adventure for the kids.

Accidental find. Trail was well kept. Encountered a few people of varying ages on the trail. Nice quick workout.

Good walk in the urban greenspace, recommend going counter clockwise to take the stairs down, and then hiking up the trail (I hate going up steps!) Excellent condition, well marked, lots of friendly walkers out on a good fall day. Saw squirrels, birds, and lots of cool fungus. No salmon spawning today lol

I did this trail with my 6 and 7 year olds, they loved it and seeing the signs about wildlife in the area made it more exciting. Would definitely wear good shoes because some spots are slippery, but you can avoid those areas by taking different routes. Had a great time with really pretty views, loved the open spaces.

not easy .

Pretty nice green space in the city to take a decent walk with you mr dog. Nothing challenging about it unless 10k’s is challenging. Definitely will be back for some good wet weather strolls.

lots of bugs. Easy for run or walk. Beautiful lake.

No view bottom half of trail waste of time unless you want to trail run

Nice walk in the heart of the city with activity on the lake and presence of birds from British Columbia. Quiet with children Not really point of view

Trail is not marked at all, I had to pull out my phone a couple times to make sure I was heading the right way. Overall it’s a nice trail to walk off a meal. I wouldn’t walk alone - you come across some interesting individuals. They didn’t intrude but definitely felt uncomfortable, especially since the path was so unclear, I didn’t want to come across a dead end with loiterers. Urban trail for sure, you can hear the skytrain for most of it.

Nice mini grind. Decent views.

Great boardwalk hike with my mom!

It’s an alternative to the Coquitlam Crunch because this is mostly just steps. Doesn’t really stand out in any way and views of Burrard Inlet are partially obstructed by trees.

Nice trail under thr canopy. Your mainly going up or down though, not many flats to get your stride. Definitely dog friendly.

I went for a walk on this trail after work at about 7pm and would strongly recommend not going alone. There was an odd guy up on the hill from the track and then down a bit further there were people having sex on the track, so I then had to turn back and then the odd guy started to come down towards me so I ended up sprinting back up out of the park and off the track.

Love love love! Not exactly a hiking trail but a good running trail with some shades and outdoor exercise equipment along the way!

Sweet trail for running. The path is smooth with little elevation. Perfect for sunset runs!

Great 3hr plus round trip hike with various peaks, valleys and views.

Good hill climbing going east. Nice cool down running coming back. Some roads to cross occasionally and cemented paths to traverse.
