Very hard hike. Lots of scrambling to get to the top. Fantastic views from the top We looped over to the ridge and found it a quite hard scramble to get down as well. Definitely not for a beginner.

Easy trail which comes to a fork to head up to Vimy Peak. Made it part ways up but too much snow. Beauty of a day though!

Nice and easy walk, great view and a ton of wild life

Pretty basic trail. Extremely icy there lately, which takes away some of the fun. Try it in the spring and I'm sure the flowers/new growth would gain it another star. Just a so so winter hike.

Fantastic views all the way along the trail. Trail is paved and perfect for walking, biking, strollers, wheelchairs etc. You can take the path from near the park entrance, all the way down into the townsite.

Tranquil setting for sure. Located just outside the park gates of Waterton National Park, this trail is lightly trafficked. The trail is easy and flowy riding through Forest and meadows. The meadow in June was filled with wild flower. We also had a close encounter with a deer. Sadly we could not complete the last 2KMs. The last 4km was very overgrown. We push through until we came to a selections of Stringing Meadow and tapped out. We ran into someone who did continue to push through but he was disappointed with overgrowth.

Scenery is tranquil nestled in the rocky peaks of Waterton National Park.
The trail is a great way to warm up before the Crandell Loop. Pretty basic, not very technical and not too much elevation change. Scenic ride though.
