Nice views of the city and mountains. A few steep spots otherwise a very easy walk through open fields. Saw deers and chipmunks. Check the wind before you go, it was really gusty out there.

Good views of the city and river valley. Lovely forested areas.

Excellent area. Great variety of paths and scenery. Fee to park but when you consider the proximity to the city and the gas and time savings, it is well worth it. My go to for early morning hike before work.

Very nice walk today. Muddy is some areas. The signs for "off leash" areas are kind of confusing and unrealistic but it wasn't a problem. My dog and I spotted several coyotes, mostly on the trails in the trees, one actually confronting my shepherd. But it was a great hour and a bit walk overall.

dog friendly means dogs can walk off leash! Just saying!!!

Excellent hike with kids. We saw deer and a partridge courtship display in this mixed grassland and aspen wood walk. Lots of flowers and butterflies as well. Interpretive signs every ~.5 km break it up nicely, and the trail was not at all crowded. Word to the wise, there were lots of bumblebees - if you have a kid who’s really scared of bees, this may not be a relaxing hike for them. Also, washrooms are not open due to Covid, so plan ahead.

Breath taking hike enjoyed the 2nd wkend of our hike n finished the entire property

Nice trail, more for walking, but as I had my youngest son it was ideal for him as his first trail ride. Would recommend for a nice easy stroll.

Trails in great shape it’s privately owned and accepts donations at a box near the beginning. There are also little trail maps with 9 different legs. I believe there is up to 18 km’s of trail in there so you can make it as short or as long as you like. Some animals around, birds, deer, a couple beaver dams on sections 8 and 9. Great spot to bring the kids and the dog for an afternoon.

Love going here to walk my fur babies we spend hours year exploring our old trails & finding new trails.

Walking along the water you couldn’t tell you were near a golf course. It was beautiful great places to sit & watch the river.

It was beautiful.

Got off track! Kinda hard not too so much to look here

Nice family walk with our 2.5-year-old. Stairs added some good cardio.

Trail is great for this area lots of little inclines to get a bit of a burn while you walk. Bring mosquito spray. I would recommend taking a picture of the trail map posted to reference. Lots of trees birds and freshly mowed paths. A small area on path #9 that’s a touch muddy but nothing you can’t navigate around.

Good for walking, Dog friendly, family friendly! The stairs were our favourite part!

It was great going on the trail with my toddler. Trail was pretty dry and direction was straightforward.

You can access to the river easily and hang out. It was so beautiful just being there. The trail was already dry.

Great trail for a family walk. It is a $10 fee for parking, but it was well worth it. Lots of out houses along trails (currently closed due to Covid19) and picnic benches and benches everywhere to enjoy the beautiful views. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful day for a walk.

Nice walk, lots of bird calls.

More variety in trail terrain than expected. Good long walk. Cloudy weather. You really have to just pick your own route! Enjoy!

Despite living here in Calgary for 15 years, I hadn’t truly explored Nose Hill until today. Nice long walk on a cool, cloudy afternoon. Unfortunately my phone died halfway through. Definitely recommend trying this trail out to develop a grasp of how big the park really is.

Nice paved trail. Pretty flat but lots of areas you could explore off the paved path. Saw a young moose in marshy area at end of loop .
