This trail is fairly new in Lakeland Provincial Recreation Area. Because it's so lightly trafficked, it is overgrown in spots and has been slightly neglected by park staff with many blown over trees across the trail. There were many trees I had to scale over or crawl under. All in all, it was good hike with many views of the lake and lots of quick elevation changes.
beautiful sunset hike along the edges of Sir Winston Churchill island. amazing hike. lots of spider webs as seems to normal on these trails on Sir Winston Churchill island. bugs weren't bad at all. lots of shade and beutiful views of lac la biche lake. beach's and lockouts all along trail. plenty of other trails to branch off onto. lots of rabbits.
Great short bike ride. Lots of other trails nearby and connected.
Nice, easy bike ride for beginners. Some areas are under trail upgrades/repairs, but still passable. Connects to many other great trails on the island.
