nice river view, lots of wild life to watch.

We love walking our dog here on the trail by the river. Bikes are not allowed on this particular trail which makes for a relaxing time.
We take a short loop back through the big field area, so our dog gets to socialize and run with other dogs.
There are trails on the other side of the fields through the woods that are beautiful to walk along as well.
My husband and I are not in the best of health, so these trails are perfect for our needs. There are plenty of benches to rest at if necessary.
There are places we haven't been to in the park yet, like the bridge, but we are hopeful that our health will improve enough to allow us to get there one day.
This is one of our favorite parks in the city.

This is my dogs favorite place to play. Highly recommended for dog owners. Off leash permitted.

Excellent trail, very easy.

Gorgeous views, nice paths and huge fields for puppos. If you are a dog lover you will be in heaven.

Peaceful path, lovely river views and a great way to see some nature inside the city. Ran into very few other people - but may have to chalk that up taking a mid afternoon hike on a weekday.

hot, nice way to get a workout in!

Great walk easy and not busy!!

Easy to wail, beautiful river and DT view if you walk to the university side.

Great trail nice for the dogs to go for a swim as well

Great work out on a hot day!

Great trail, can be confusing with other intersections but this app helped. Had a great day out starting our conditioning for future hikes. Good for families, dogs, kids, bikes, etc

Good hiking trail for family with kids

Near heavy traffic on the north side of the river and the south side of the river was covered in ice and snow. Trail won't be clear until mid May/early June.

The access to stairs was excellent!

love this trail just did it for the first time and will drive across the city to do it again.

Lovely walk.
RIP Hunter's Hat lost on blue bridge

good trail takes about an hour to complete

A great spot to be in the trees. Great views of the North Saskatchewan River. There is one very good incline for a nice challenge.

Easy if you're walking. Not so easy if you're running with the elevation changes(unless you like that kind of thing) and unpaved trails on the south side

Awesome trails and hidden paths throughout the whole valley. Most of the better spots are south of the river. Nicest part of Edmonton in my opinion.

Check out the "goat trails" mostly made by the mountain bikers. They are the best hidden secrets.
