Took my 2yo daughter here today and we had a blast. She loved the waterfalls. Really easy trail as my daughter did the whole thing by herself, a little muddy at some spots but easy to go around. Will definitely be going back here

Nice little trail, although the name makes it sound alot bigger. I was expecting the grand canyon.

We were May 23-beginning of the trail a little bit muddy, no snickers recommended but hiking boots is okay. Last 20 m - trail is under deep deep snow and avalanche possible, but we scramble on the right from trail (there is no snow there) Trail was ok with dog. Top view -is great!

May 22 cloudy rainy snowy day. Lower trail was nice. Snow started half way up the trees and got quite deep. Upper part of the trail above the trees was snow covered and slippery. Recommend good waterproof footwear and gloves. Beautiful views even with the rain, snow and clouds. This was my first major mountain trail and it was challenging with the conditions and lack of equipment. Looking forward to do the climb again when the weather is warmer and the snow has melted.

Great hike! Relatively short but a definitely a cardio challenge for those who are new or just starting out the season. Pace yourself up the switchbacks especially on a sunny day as shade is limited. The trail once you start up the switchbacks is quite tight. Bit of a shale/dirt scramble to get to the top which I usually stray away from when I have my dog but she had no problem.

Really nice short hike with pretty views! Did this May 26th in the morning and had the trail and summit to myself.

Pretty walk just outside the city. Few different trails but they’ll all more or less lead you back to the start. Lots of new growth from plants and flowers and decent view of city buildings.

I hiked on Sunday May 24th. It was a relatively moderate hike, the elevation is not too bad for a 1.5 hour hike to the top. There’s a bunch of deep snow towards the last third of the hike but nothing crazy and you don’t need snow shoes. The view from the top is relatively the same as what you’ll get mid hike, but it’s of course not obstructed at the top :)

There was some snow left to cross which in some spots was slippery but overall the trail was in good shape

Easy trail paved and a nice run I just wish it was an easier join to go all around without having to go out on the street.

Nice an easy hike! A great one to ease back into the season or if you just want to get out for a quick morning. We completed this in about 1.5 h with a solid lunch break up top. Only negative is that the area gets super busy on weekends making parking a pain. Otherwise it was a great little peak with rewarding views.

A steady climb with a few great views along the way but mostly in the trees for the first hour or so. The views along the ridge and from the top are exceptional. Love this hike!

tons of snow and very muddy. not enough signs around. fresh bear tracks and some (maybe) cougar tracks near the crash site. dont go right now.

Hiked up to the summit today. The trail up to the helipad is steep but certainly doable. after the helipad up to the summit was very difficult. Lots of scrambling. A fair amount of snow was still up there. Views are incredible at the top. only reason this is a 4 and not a 5 star rating is because the views on the trip up weren't amazing (I'm being very picky though). I would rate myself as an intermediate hiker and it took me and my friends 4 hours up and 2 hours down. :)
