Length: 3 mi • Est. 1 h 13 m
This is Alpinste - sure-footedness is essential! The route is NOT suitable for small children and dogs and should only be hiked in the specified direction. The descent via the Alpinsteig is not possible. This route leads past the Riesach waterfall to Riesachsee and the Gföller Alm. The imposing waterfall has 2 steps over which the water thunders into the deep at 140m. A special highlight is the 50 m long suspension bridge.Show more

Length: 11.1 mi • Est. 8 h 10 m
This is the easiest ascent to the Großer Buchstein. The route leads from Gstatterboden over the Brucksattel and the "Krautgartel" to the summit. The Great Buchstein is that single, massively rising mountain, which first of all strikes everyone who approaches the Gesäuse from Admont. A sign at the parking lot marks the start of the ascent. Starting directly from Gstatterboden, the tour can be classified as very sporty (1650 vertical meters). We recommend an overnight stay in the Buchsteinhaus.Show more

The Styrian and Lungau Kalkspitze are a limestone in the primary rock of the Schaldminger Tauern. Both tower up high and offer a wonderful view of the limestone area of the Dachstein massif opposite. Characterized by limestones, sinkholes and unique flora, you hike on deserted paths. You can stop at the Ursprungsalm and the Giglachseehütte.Show more

A nice route for a walk with the whole family. From Schladming it goes along the first section of the "Wilder Wasser" themed hiking trail. On a beautiful wide gorge path you hike through exciting nature. There are refreshment stops at the Landalm, the Hotel Landauer in the Untertal and the Rohrmooser Schlössel. In the evening, the Talbach Gorge is illuminated until midnight.Show more
