Needs to be done early in the morning and fly nets are a must! But great views from the top and a testing hike

Interesting trail but river was dry.

Great walk with lots of trees. One extremely steep decent. Took me 2 hours.

First hike in years. Very overgrown in sections along the blue route - requires some map checking and bush bashing to keep it interesting.
Cool views from the rocky clearings.

Rode south on the Wadandi Track section of Rails to Trails from Cowaramup (just behind SES on Miamup Rd) to Carters Rd Trail Head just before Margaret River town. Distance is approx 12kms. Gradient is near flat, easy and surface overall is not too slippery. Trip took about 50 mins with with 6yr old and 7 & a 1/2 on 3 speed bikes and a couple stops but at a fairly casual pace, who lasted the distance without asking “are we there yet”. Trip without kids in about approx 35-40mins depending on your pace.

beautiful scenery, a few good challenging hills :)

nice short hike with a great swim by a waterfall, take your swimmers

Easy to follow thanks to the offline location.
Bring your suncream and a hat if the weather is hot.
Watch your step in case there is a snake ( I didn’t see any snake).
I was lucky I saw 2 kangaroos !

A good short distance trail. Two tracks to choose from, easy to get lost and hard to find your way back.

Cliff top walk to start, followed by a descent into the gorge. Sandy section then a rock ledge at 3.2km mark, where path seems to dissapear for about 20m. Gets better. Path opens up again. Final 2km are sand followed by a climb back up to natures window.

my favourite if all hills trails. absolutely beautiful. i would rate it as the higher end of moderate due to hills and narrow paths. but its worth every bit of pain. closes 1st nov each year.

took just under 8 hours to walk. bit boring to be honest. but a great challenge. we started at glen forest at 7.30am and got back about 4.30pm with a stop at the 20km mark mundaring for lunch.

Stunning in October - fun hike

Great trail put your little one to sleep in the pram and enjoy. Be prepared for some up hill pushing but overall great hike.

Was a decent hike with some nice views but a bit over grown in parts

I really enjoyed this walk, the wild flowers and Australian natives are amazing. I went early before it got hot and it was beautiful, I think it would get rather hot in Summer as it’s rather protected.

Took a wrong turn so this ended up being a 9.5km walk. Thank goodness for the app which got us back on track. The walk is pretty tricky in places with rocky hill climbs. Make sure you have proper footwear and plenty of water. Some beautiful views....will definitely do this walk again.

great walk the kids love it

Easy trail with some nice view points. Starts at MONKEY MIA resort

Greats scenery and water pools. Quite a tough walk in places. Saw a tiger snake, so watch out now the weather is warming up! Signage is poor and we walked off the track for about 1.5km, so use the map.

Really lovely location for a hike. I found it challenging - undulating track and quick uneven trail paths. Lots of spots to stop and have a pause and check out the view or stop to eat. One of the harder hikes I’ve done. 2-3L of water per person would be wise.

Insane trail, crazy beautiful. However, it's classify as moderate/hard, but it's quite easy going. Make sure you bring enough water though, and some swimmers to get in mid hike!
