Great hike! I extended it and walked the Seaview trek for some extra cardio :)

Good steep climb the first two kilometers. The trail at the top is flat and follows a road. Some parts are overgrown. The loop is not very interesting. No lookouts

You can see nature trying to restore after Bush fires ravaged this place. Walking only, no bikes, no dogs.

If you're wanting flat terrain with beautiful urban & river views, this is a nice easy run.

Was 7.5km if you don’t walk the creek part which is an add on to the loop. Part of the walk is suburban streets.

Reasonably steep up to Glacier rock thru beautiful rainforest and rewarded with amazing views. Good place for lunch. Rest of walk on a narrow trail thru shady bush land. Not a lot of places to stop, good potential swimming at Stone creek crossing. Steep slippery descent down Smith track. Decent workout.

Nice wide fire trail the whole way with two amazing view points. Plenty of bikes out on a Saturday which took away from the serenity but would recommend

Beautiful walk, saw my first in the flesh waratah exciting Love whale back rock.

Good walk, some parts overgrown and track unclear. Not much water on falls but still beautiful, some of the party traversed down to natural pool below but I wasn’t that brave, maybe next time. Plenty of snakes and ticks so use gaiters and deet.

Walked from Kiama to Minnamurra return, beautiful coast walk, Bombo quarry and cathedral rock are awesome. Walked at low tide so we could do around some of headlands via rocks.

Great trail for adults and young kids alike. Nice wide trail.

If you’re looking for an easy, but peaceful walk, this trail is great.

My 7yr old son and I did this hike from Gap Creek Reserve and had no idea it went to the top of Channel 9 on Mt Coot-tha. It was a fantastic workout and very scenic up and back down again!

I walked this yesterday with the addition of going to Baldwin's Bluff. You do need to follow the map in the app carefully to ensure you remain on trail. The track for the last section doesn't exist anymore so just follow the well traversed and marked Kitty Gorge trail. The walk is pleasant and not well populated between Baldwin's and Kitty Gorge trails.

Awesome. More trails built by mountain bikers being overtaken by idiot walkers and their dogs.

Top balade, paisible, accessible à tous, beaux paysages Petit point négatif: trop de kangourous

A great trail that was certainly challenging in sections. Had to use this app otherwise we certainly would have taken the wrong turn. Great views.

The trail itself is fairly pleasant. Unfortunately rubbish is a bit of problem on the walk. Good for an afternoon stroll.

Great Trail to take children and with beautiful landscape. It is rocky and muddy (so wear old shoes!). We went anti clockwise on another reviewers advice and it was a great idea. It was a lot of steep inclines but I’d prefer that over going down due to the rocky and muddy track...

This one is a burner. A good workout and challenging for anyone no matter your fitness level

Wet as fuck, cold cold cold

This loop is amazing with beautiful trees and wild flowers in the route. I had my breakfast close to lake , a perfect place far from city noise. Amazing views and birds sounds gave me lots of energy.

It was my first hike on the coast and it was great, loved being in the bush and getting to the top. it was really easy apart from the way back which is walking up a hill for an hour, it can be tiring but it's good. keen to go again.
