Belair is pretty but the walk from Crafers back to Brownhill Creek is very steep and quite unattractive - Brownhill Creek is a weed pit - don’t do this walk in a hot day as it is very exposed

its a really nice view from the top, apparently there is a book at the top that you're supposed to sign when you climb it, but I didn't see it.

the walk going down the hill was easy but going up was a bit hard the views of backstairs passage were great

the walk going down was ok it was the going up that was a bit hard still enjoyed the walk very nice views of backstairs passage

Great average hike for rookie hikers. Amazing sense of achievement when reaching the top.
Hike takes about 1.5 hours one way.
Highly recommend.

Great hike. Contained some fairly strenuous sections though was well worth it for the amazing views at the top

pretty good walk, taken the dog up there twice now. wouldn't say it was kid friendly to be honest it's tough going in some spots.

Amazing views

It’s been the favourite for many years now. In terms of fitness, I have seen the results come real quick while I was doing it every week.

Beautiful trail and a perfect opening to the Heysen trail. Verry well maintained and indicated, with perfect little steps to get over the fences. Not a lot of shade initially but the final climb has a nice amount of trees for a little sun protection.

A really nice hike through the Bunyeroo Gorge, lots of beautiful red cliffs and nice shade throughout the walk. The only downside to the hike was the last 500m. It is a bit of an anti-climax as it ends outside of the gorge and has no shade or view compared the the rest of the walk. Make sure you look out for the goats hiding in the cliffs!

amazing....

fantastic one!

Lovely walk with some steep sections. Fantastic view of the city from the lookout.

Great to see wildlife and city view. Heavily used compacted path.

A good walk for views, koalas, the Giles homestead ruins, and moderate ascending and descending exercise. Koalas are in the gully west of the Giles homestead ruins.

One of my favourite loops out near the barossa. Plenty of kangaroos.

very nice trail, long but good

Great way to do Lofty summit with another lookout thrown in.

Ran the reverse (Kapunda to Tanunda). Great mix of dirt road, bush trails and farm land. Well signed, great scenery from start to finish!

Great easy walk, paths are well kept! Has other hiking options, if you enjoy testing yourself head up to the lookout

Had an early start, leaving camp around 3am. Arrived at the summit at around 6am to watch the sunrise. Challenging hike with 10kg packs but well worth the reward!

Lovely track

I’ve done this keg of the Heyson trail and I loved it!! Camped at Yanyana Hut the first night after walking from Wilpena and Aroona Ruins the second night. The last day was Aroona Ruins to parachilana gorge and got a ride into Parachilna. A great time!

Love the views on this, the hill will kick your arse

Good walk
