Lots of blackberries in places (Summer) but very lush bushland makes for an enjoyable walk.

First time hiker! People recommended this track as I am a beginner! It took me about 1.2 hours to complete with many breaks but once you reach the top there's a great sense of achievement! the last 2k is the killer!

very rocky terrain but amazing views and beautiful secluded beach at the end

Not easy, river section not well marked. Very steep return

Great average hike for rookie hikers. Amazing sense of achievement when reaching the top.
Hike takes about 1.5 hours one way.
Highly recommend.

pretty good walk, taken the dog up there twice now. wouldn't say it was kid friendly to be honest it's tough going in some spots.

Amazing views

It’s been the favourite for many years now. In terms of fitness, I have seen the results come real quick while I was doing it every week.

A really nice hike through the Bunyeroo Gorge, lots of beautiful red cliffs and nice shade throughout the walk. The only downside to the hike was the last 500m. It is a bit of an anti-climax as it ends outside of the gorge and has no shade or view compared the the rest of the walk. Make sure you look out for the goats hiding in the cliffs!

fantastic one!

A good walk for views, koalas, the Giles homestead ruins, and moderate ascending and descending exercise. Koalas are in the gully west of the Giles homestead ruins.

One of my favourite loops out near the barossa. Plenty of kangaroos.

Easy hike through bushland and rocky escarpment. Gorgeous views

Great easy walk, paths are well kept! Has other hiking options, if you enjoy testing yourself head up to the lookout

Run this regularly with a head torch. The trail is really well maintained and is quite wide as its used for fire vehicle access as well. Recommended for a non technical run with reasonably easy ascents. Total elevation gain is about 230m on an anti clockwise loop according to my watch. Great on week days but gets really busy on weekends.

Good walk

When I was there the trail was under construction so I missed some of the waterfall action and the detours were in the sun :(

Still a nice trip and the top is cute with a gift shop and cafe.

can be a very nice walk in the cooler months especially if there's been rain to get the falls flowing. nothing overly difficult apart from some short steep inclines.

Lots of trails to do depending on whether you want a short stroll or a bit of a hike - but none of them too difficult. My wife and I (pensioners) hiked 12.6 kms - and she did it in her thongs (flip-flops).

Well laid out and interesting. Trail surfaces pretty good and not too "manufactured" looking.

We'll come back.
