The trail is amazing, had an older hiker with me who found the last/first hill (depending on which way you go) quite difficult with little cover from the sun

Don't limit yourself to the marked paths. Head off track for a much better nature experience. But not the closed riverbank areas, they're regenerating.

Easy walk for all the family. The views at the end are fantastic.
We walked this track but I could also recommend it as an easy MTB ride which we will be doing on our next visit.

I did the Grand Canyon and Clifftop tracks this weekend and this track to Pulpit Rock was my favourite. The views are amazing the whole way and there is quite a bit of variety in vegetation and wildlife. I’ll be going back.

This was titled 'Dreamy beauty of Terrace Falls' in the guide book we used. Lovely walk under shade mostly.

Good trail as an overnight adventure. Lots of mossy forest recalling lord of the rings scenes. All the river crossings make for an exciting walk. Would recommend to others!

Easy, pleasant walking track suitable for all ages. Beautiful wild flowers everywhere in the spring. Lots of shallow, rocky creek areas for little kids to explore. Our leashed dog also enjoys the sights and smells. Perfect for an afternoon walk (for locals) to unwind after work as it is close to town/the hwy.

Nice little loop to gauge your fitness on. If you can run the loop in under 20:mins you are flying.

A beautiful hike through the forest etc.Not too hard starting from the Lodge but a reasonable workout back up the road.Better combining it with the Lower Bellbird track taking you back to the Lodge and making it a good long hike.

Beautiful walk. Do the walk anti-clockwise, makes an easier walk as the steep incline is at the beginning and end on the beautiful path along the river.

Full immersion into nature - but just on the outskirts of the city! Full reception and felt very secure. Went off track and stumbled across Collingwood children’s farm and stopped for coffee. The flying fox sanctuary was a highlight. A lovely day out

Great walk, beautiful scenery. Watch out for the snakes.

Great beginner hike if you like pretty scenery, bringing your dog and not getting your shoes dirty. We had a few first timers and it was fantastic for them.

Nice easy, slightly rocky walk in, fair climb at the start. BEAUTIFUL pool to swim in at the end.

I have completed the full tabletop track Circuit once and completed sections of the tabletop track many times. One of my favourite walks to do in the Territory due to the fact that most of the time you will not see another person whilst walking. It can be a bit barren and bleak if you don't take the time to stop and really look there is a lot of life there if you slow down and take it in. Some beautiful swimming holes and little spring-fed waterfalls along the way though definitely make it worth while. Excellent vistas along the edge of the plateau.

fantastic trail to walk, can't recommend it highly enough. beautiful swimming at the end of each days walk.

Not what I expected. Not a circuit either. I recommend starting at the information centre if you want to go up and back.
Combine this with the Lower Bellbird Track and you’ve got yourself a good hike. Took me 50 minutes one way. Fitbit said 3.5kms.

This is a hike well worth doing. Lots of steps definitely leaves the legs feeling like jelly, but the satisfaction of coming out of Acacia Flats and looking back from the lookout at where you have been is incredible. Definitely need lots of water and a day that is not too hot.

Great walk. Beautiful gorge walk. Spots to take a dip. Bit of a climb. Nice

First half is definitely more interesting than the second. Would have enjoyed more as a trail run but hiked with my 2.5 month old bubba. Not the greatest hike to do with a carrier

The hike to the big hole is well worth it with beautiful views of the valley. It is relatively easy (but a steady incline) and great for kids. Personally I wouldn’t bother going past the big hole. The trail to Marble Arch is rather mundane through gums with blasé scenery to get to a rather underwhelming canyon.

TLDR: Go to the hole, skip the Marble Arch.

Such a great hike. Early bird gets the worm too. we parked at 7:50am with only one other car. It was beautiful, and lots of shade in the morning. Reviews said 5 hours to do the full loop... it took is 2.5 hours. Not sure what these people do but it's enjoyable and absolutely stunning. Lot's of wildlife along the route too. This is a new favourite. I would rate this easy vs. moderate too.

Amazing scenic walk

We completed this hike with an overnight stop. Originally we planned to stay at the walk-in camp, but it was full. We set up a tent further on, with no worries!
First day we left from Allenvale, past Phantom Falls, Cascades and stopped near Blanket Leaf picnic area. Great walk, easy river crossings.
We took our time waking up and completed 15km from Blanket leaf, alone Erskine river to Lorne then back to our car at Allenvale. LOVED walking along Erskine river, easy, and beautiful.
Great walk, recommended.

Section between Katoomba and Cox River the most interesting..would do it again if with others but not solo again. Take plenty of water and consider not doing it during the hotter months.

Not too bad, though pretty short. Easily done within the hour. Runnable if you’re inclined, but comfortable for a quick walk. The water’s nice, too!
