Beautiful walking trail that follows Cowan creek to bobbin head. Moderately difficult, with quite an incline at the beginning, some scrambling over rocks and one creek crossing. Took us about 2 hours each way including short break.

The trail has bee changed to avoid the Hornsby Rifle Range. It now goes around it on city streets.

Great trial. The last run out at Cherrybrook is a bit of a goat track and the least enjoyable section. Could easily give that last bit a miss... but the rest is great!

This is a stunning track. Not the perfect one to run as its rocky and rooty, and can be slippery in wet weather as there's a bit of scrambling involved. But having the beautiful Cowan creek next to you for most of the track is magical and since we went on a day after heavy rainfall it was all super lush. The ascent up on the Murrua side trail was a bit boring so we quit it halfway through. As we got back to Bobbin head around 8.30am is when we saw at minimum 20 runners kicking off. I'd definitely get in before the crowds

Lovely, easy hike. Dog-friendly. Rocky

Great trail. Good for a mix of run/walk. Loved the elevation gains and mix of track/off trail.

Great walk, decent views, abundance of birds and seen an eagle fly over. The flowers were blooming. But I’m not a fan of powerlines buzzing over my head on the way back down to the bridge.

Great trail loved not knowing where I was going to end up. Great pathways up and Downs made the walk very interesting

Very nice track, would definitely recommend it but for the ending you would need to walk back from the road, just to loop back.

Awesome loop to do. I accidentally too a wrong turn and included the nature’s bridge track in my walk. Well worth the diversion!

lovely walk... easy but have some rougher patches and lots of ups and downs

Trail is fairly easy, there were sections that no shade. At the end of duckholes track, there is Upper Gledhill falls which is a very nice stop point.

Most of the trail is rocky and a recipe for twisted ankle so take extra care. Large boulders and soccer sized rocks are typical with very minimal flat surface. Not suited for children or unseasoned.
