Great walk but lots of traffic on the trail. Stairs towards Bondi should be carefully navigated if running.

I love it!

Best walk in Sydney Metro area. The earlier the better, less people and really nice at sunrise.

Good run to get use to trail running terain. Not technical though.

A must do!

Easy walking with pristine views of the coast line. Water stations and a few workout stations along the way. Take a towel and enjoy a dip either at the beaches or the ocean pools along the way. Best time I usually do it is in the morning prior to heat and people. Peace and love

Amazing

Great strolling

Did this walk March 19, 2018. Easy enjoyable walk. Wear running shoes and bring lots of water. Excellent views and photos of the coast the whole walk. Well marked for the tourist

Very interesting trail...beach, bush, historical markers, cliffs, residential neighborhoods... it took me three hours because I was enjoying it so much!!

hike isn't anything special until the end, one of the best views of Sydney Harbour

Very nice view. You can enjoy the sun and the beach in the same time.

I started at Spit bridge and hiked along the coast line to Manly. The first three kilometres is where you get the most scenic views. You have many opportunities for a dip along the beaches with clean and inviting waters.
If you decide to go on a sunny day (I did on the 1st of April), you would definitely enjoy it. Make sure to carry water and wear comfortable clothing (Shorts and T-shirt). Mid way the trail goes through bush and aboriginal land. About 4 kms into the walk it gets pretty much downhill and easy.
Lots of opportunities for some great landscape photography.

Definitely not a good walk choice if you want to avoid people... but a good choice on a warm day, as it's mostly shaded and passes by lots of bays and beaches.

It’s just one of Sydney’s iconic walks with a bit of everything. Add on north head and it’s a good stroll. The views of the harbour are fantastic and you see lots of wildlife along the way, particularly water dragons.

Beautiful trail with breathtaking views

The views are the best - from the ocean, to colorful buildings, old cemeteries, and beaches... There are so many rest areas along this nice long walk and the entire path is sandy, or paved or covered with wood. Would strongly recommend it!
