Easy mostly flat walk with spectacular views of Sydney harbour, the city, eastern suburbs and the heads. Nice to finish in Balmoral.

Sandy ups and downs, not much flat. Picturesque, well maintained trail. North end wide, South end narrow at times.

Starts off on single track mtb track then vears off to single dirt.. then pretty much no trail at all lucky for the offline maps in pro I went about 1k wrong direction. Highly technical sections with lots of exposed tree roots, sharp rocks and stairs. A little bit of scrambling. Really good first trail run using this app for me

Amazing hike to the summit of Mt Yulludunida. When you get to the rock scramble follow the rocks (cans) to the summit if unsure of path. Otherwise get creative and make your own. - Be safe while scrambling - Wear good shoes - Enjoy the views You’re friendly hikers Tijana + Kylie

Beautiful track, some steep sections and stunning views. MacLeans lookout for Heaton lookout is quite wet and slippy if there’s been recent rain.

Beautiful hike, has a hiking trail with signs! The suspense bridge is unreal definitely worth the hike to get to it!

Awesome little bush trail that has rocks across a little creek that eventually leads you to a massive dog park!! My all time favorite walk.

Awesome. Beautiful. I walked in light rain, it had been torrential the last 3 days so waterfalls were pumping. Very slippery though so was very careful not to slip off cliff. I personally wouldn't advise to do in rain though unless super careful . Not recommended for small children as there are dicey spots to fall off edge. However moderate fitness required. Pools are just divine, would be insane swimming in summer.

Starts at Cowan Station and ends at Brooklyn Station. Lots of rock scrambling, climbing over boulders and tough squeezes everywhere. Took us around 6 hours all up with coffee breaks and lunch etc. Some beautiful water views along the way.

A lovely walk with a great view.

Not well signed, even when you are on track it’s uncertain which way to go. We ended up on overgrown track and had to find our way back to main track, If your going stay on the main road or take compass. The waterfalls were stunning and it was a nice walk and great lookouts.

Enjoyable walk with great views of the beach.

Bit of a steep descent at first, ends in a picturesque freshwater pool, worth a visit, but not quite family friendly if you don’t want the kids to whinge about the steep walk back up

Great little hike to a beautiful picturesque pool, easy walk and popular with families

Hidden gem - highly recommend to those who are fit and looking for a somewhat challenging yet fun walk. We started at Lake Alexandra in Mittagong and connected with the loop near Forty Foot Falls, around 15km and taking us 5 hours with rests and food. Trail has a significant number of fallen trees, yet can be navigated around. The Nattai River is very beautiful and the trail lush. You do have to cross the river twice though, and there is no bridge. The hike up the incline was certainly a challenge, yet took us only around 15-20 minutes. Hiking up is easier than down I would say with the loose rocks though. Others suggested gloves for the wire that you can hold on to, yet we didn’t find them useful. The incline is also fairly washed out and rocky. Make sure you at least have some sort of map - all trails or topographical. Follow the pink or orange tape on some of the trees. Highly recommend yet not a hike for kids under 12 or anyone without decent fitness.
