Love this trail on the e-MTB, makes the uphill as much fun as the single trail. My go to trail for new mates with e-bikes.

If you get a 9:45 train from Glenbrook you can be back at the Lapstone Hotel for a cracking lunch and a bit of banter afterwards by 12:00

This is a nice out and back MTB ride along firetrails. Nothing technical but a couple of steep hills. The view at the end of the firetrail is well worth the ride.

Good track quiet technical and a bit of everything

Rubbish dump

This is a wonderful trail, it's abundant in birdsong, and wildflowers ATM. The eastern section is presently marred by fire damage, but this is beautiful in it's own right too. A sign may say no entry, but there is no reason for it, no date, or governing body, so enjoy the trail.

I needed more signs to guide myself around. Was never sure if I was following the right track

really fun descent through forest and farmland.

I did this run without the additonal Chiltern path up and back and it was 12km on the dot. The Duck Ponds track is a long uphill when entering from the West Head side, and the down hill from the top of the Central track is long and cruisy back to the NP gate.

Love woody to glenbrook

GPS is a must. Trails are pretty rocky at times and a bit sandy. Some good scenary and wildlife along the way.

This is a easy hike, perfect for kids - that ends in a beautiful stream, filled with amazing cascades. A magical little journey.

Nice easy walk over a 2 days or long 1 day walk. No water sources on the way until the very end, so you need to bring enough water for the number of days you are walking. Path very easy but not very scenic.

Nothing special. A lot of roads, paths, forks - difficult to navigate without gps

Nice easy trail running loop. mix of fire trail and single track trail. Can be very hit and humid in the summer.

Good amount of uphill! Plenty of downhill. Wide fire trail for most of the ride. Finishes with an excellent single trail. Huge uphill ride back to glenbrook. Well deserved coffee or beer at the end.

Easy ride on dedicated cycle paths

Great tracks, just watch out for the mountain bikes and stick to the trail directions (whether it's a downhill trail or a uphill trail)

Good shoes and the better part of a day. Definitely feeling it by the end.

Very easy relaxing walk. Boarded over the swamp/creek

I used the directions feature of the app to find this track, but it was not signposted at the start point so was tricky to find. Look for the Coal and Candle Rural Fire Brigade sign near 301 McCarrs Creek Rd. Park on the roadside and make your way to the trail, which by the way is not signposted as Duck Holes Trail. As it's a loop you eventually end up on Duck Holes trail and then after running on West Head Rd for a while you will end up on Centre Track to loop back around where you started. The trail was a mix of loose rock - good trail running shoes a must -- gravel and some soft sand. I think this run is closer to 12K than 15K - unless I missed something. Didn't see any other users on the trail.

Great trail, easy to follow. Some paths had been grown over. Great views.
