Good track. Got lost though. Id be cautious especially going alone. Note there is no reception in the middle. Literally had to climb through the bushes to find my way back. Stumbled into someones backyard.

Gorgeous blowy day with winds sweeping in from the south. Not many peeps around from the surf club car park to the pillars then less as I got further around the Cape. I love what they've done at the Island. Less so on this track but but the dune regeneration is fantastic more broadly across the island. Great lookouts on the track. Seats available but no toilets on the trail. Ok for a numero uno but troubles if you need a number two. Thankfully I didn't and didn't need to contend with a poo hiker tag. They seem to be getting more common huh. Great walk. I tagged no shade. I'm reminded that often when I visit the island I either get sunburnt or wind burn.

To get to the start of the walk you need to drive along a section of well-maintained dirt road, which is easily accessible in a 2WD but may be difficult if there has been recent, heavy rainfall. The walk is nice, with loads of cool fungi and bird activity - the superb lyrebirds, bell miners and eastern whipbirds were calling a lot. The path is very eroded for the first stretch but not unmanageable for someone nimble. It took us 1h40min to reach the top and about 1hr to get down. The trees at the top are quite well grown preventing a good view and there is no dedicated lookout (there is a fenced off watch tower). If you go off track you might be as to find a good spot. There is a great view about 3/4 of the way up. We didn't pass any other walkers the entire time and only passed two mountain bikers heading down on our way up.

Has a beautiful view worth climbing to the top.

Beautiful walking trail that follows Cowan creek to bobbin head. Moderately difficult, with quite an incline at the beginning, some scrambling over rocks and one creek crossing. Took us about 2 hours each way including short break.

This trail is stunning throughout the Bibbulman Track section but once you leave that the route is a steep scramble down hill, followed by an equally steep scramble uphill. Totally disappointed. You are better off stopping at Rocky Pool and then just following the Bibbulman Track as far as you're willing to go.

Lovely long hike, lots of Kangaroos and mix trails.

Nice easish trail with views over the fields, and goes through different habitats. There are lots of bull ants at the start of the trail (so walk fast). I would not do this on a hot day, and a fly net would probs be good

This hike is amazing! Absolutely breath taking. The only reason it is 1 star short is because the tracks have disappeared from a recent flood. It is easy to navigate but can be tiring from the bush bashing. Didn't make it to the caves because the track is covered by many fallen trees and debris. The camp site has many trees that don't look that healthy. I recommend to bring a rope as there are parts that can be steep and hiking bags needs to be lowered. FYI $8 vehicle pass per day or $22 all-year access to this NP only. Overall you will love it!

Excellent walk. Great for kids. Boardwalk along the estuary then a trail to The Briars. Once in the enclosed if you keep your eyes open you may see a kangaroo or a emu Good parking at the start and great coffee on return in the Mt Martha village

This is not an easy trail - good portion is steep and rocky. 5 year old managed it ok, basically had to pull 2.5 year old up the hill, it was too steep and rocky for her. So beautiful though, and well worth the trek.

Super trail along the river, just stick to the river for 6km. Some obstacles along the way, a path of loggs, rock climbing to get across at one point. Then a steep climb up Cowans track to get the blood pumping, which gives you some nice sweeping views. Good diverse trail.

Not an overly interesting walk, but pleasant enough. The big rock is nice, walk around it first to better appreciate it!

Very nice trail. The first part is in the forest, then Most of the loop is a truck trail. We did it in 6 hours including lunch break. I recommend doing it anticlockwise, you would get down on a narrow forest track, then get up on the truck trail. The drive is also stunning. Don’t expect too many views though as the abondant number of trees cover the landscape mostly all the way.

Great trail, a few difficult moments. Nice views. Download the map as some indications can be confusing

I thoroughly enjoyed this walk. It only took about 1.5 hours including a few stops for photos and a short drink break. It’s certainly not an easy walk, with plenty of ups and downs, climbing over and under fallen trees, up and down some larger rocks and ducking under a couple of caves but it’s a really beautiful one. The midway point at the suspension bridge in the valley is stunning, as are the waterfalls just prior to the Girrakool picnic area. I accidentally ventured off track a couple of times as the path wasn’t very clear. Thankfully, this amazing app helped me get myself back on track pretty quickly :)

Great hike! I extended it and walked the Seaview trek for some extra cardio :)

Good steep climb the first two kilometers. The trail at the top is flat and follows a road. Some parts are overgrown. The loop is not very interesting. No lookouts

I’ve done this before in a hurry to see the sunrise but today I took my time and it was such a nice walk, steep in sum parts but so nice up the top.

Good Trail, for more advanced hikers, do watch out for the red belly black snakes and leeches, recommend hiking boots

Great challenge; has climbs, descents, sand, rocks, all over a decent distance. Take note, if hiking in darkness by torchlight (for sunrise as I did) take a stick for those last second spiders and webs in front of your face. Also came across a snake, so remain ever vigilant. Worth the effort!
