Very steep trail all the way without resting areas. Trail is very badly kept and dangerous is some parts. Leeches infested. Almost at the top it started raining and we had to turn back as it become very slippery and dangerous. Not sure if I will go back.

super easy walk no elevation and beautiful scenery...

To get to the start of the walk you need to drive along a section of well-maintained dirt road, which is easily accessible in a 2WD but may be difficult if there has been recent, heavy rainfall. The walk is nice, with loads of cool fungi and bird activity - the superb lyrebirds, bell miners and eastern whipbirds were calling a lot. The path is very eroded for the first stretch but not unmanageable for someone nimble. It took us 1h40min to reach the top and about 1hr to get down. The trees at the top are quite well grown preventing a good view and there is no dedicated lookout (there is a fenced off watch tower). If you go off track you might be as to find a good spot. There is a great view about 3/4 of the way up. We didn't pass any other walkers the entire time and only passed two mountain bikers heading down on our way up.

Beautiful walking trail that follows Cowan creek to bobbin head. Moderately difficult, with quite an incline at the beginning, some scrambling over rocks and one creek crossing. Took us about 2 hours each way including short break.

Lovely long hike, lots of Kangaroos and mix trails.

Nice morning walk, some wildlife. Watch for bikes on parts of the trail

Nice easish trail with views over the fields, and goes through different habitats. There are lots of bull ants at the start of the trail (so walk fast). I would not do this on a hot day, and a fly net would probs be good

Excellent walk. Great for kids. Boardwalk along the estuary then a trail to The Briars. Once in the enclosed if you keep your eyes open you may see a kangaroo or a emu Good parking at the start and great coffee on return in the Mt Martha village

This is not an easy trail - good portion is steep and rocky. 5 year old managed it ok, basically had to pull 2.5 year old up the hill, it was too steep and rocky for her. So beautiful though, and well worth the trek.

I would recommend up and down the stairs if you want something a bit more physical

I’ve done this before in a hurry to see the sunrise but today I took my time and it was such a nice walk, steep in sum parts but so nice up the top.

Reasonably steep up to Glacier rock thru beautiful rainforest and rewarded with amazing views. Good place for lunch. Rest of walk on a narrow trail thru shady bush land. Not a lot of places to stop, good potential swimming at Stone creek crossing. Steep slippery descent down Smith track. Decent workout.

Beautiful June walk . Tea tree in flower . Grass trees , flowering gums . rainbows!Abundant bird life . Great coastal views , well marked track . U need to time the beach section with low tide . Very enjoyable 2-3 hr hike . BYO food and water

Good walk, some parts overgrown and track unclear. Not much water on falls but still beautiful, some of the party traversed down to natural pool below but I wasn’t that brave, maybe next time. Plenty of snakes and ticks so use gaiters and deet.

Love wombeyan caves, walked to waterfall although only the barest trickle of water, from there to old marble quarry then onto limestone gorge and caves. Beautiful spot.

An easy relatively flat walk to a lovely lookout over the valley. There are a couple or parts with small look rocks on the uphill and downhill, but nothing that should deter you, just tread carefully. Gets easily muddy after rain, and prone to flooding so pick the right time to go.

Great little day hike or overnighter. Easy enough to do in the day, but it’s nice taking your time and parking up at the campsite before peaking Mount Cooke. After hitting the summit, go left and follow along the ridge for some amazing views.

My 7yr old son and I did this hike from Gap Creek Reserve and had no idea it went to the top of Channel 9 on Mt Coot-tha. It was a fantastic workout and very scenic up and back down again!

I walked this yesterday with the addition of going to Baldwin's Bluff. You do need to follow the map in the app carefully to ensure you remain on trail. The track for the last section doesn't exist anymore so just follow the well traversed and marked Kitty Gorge trail. The walk is pleasant and not well populated between Baldwin's and Kitty Gorge trails.

Grade 3 walk to summit.

This loop is amazing with beautiful trees and wild flowers in the route. I had my breakfast close to lake , a perfect place far from city noise. Amazing views and birds sounds gave me lots of energy.

It was my first hike on the coast and it was great, loved being in the bush and getting to the top. it was really easy apart from the way back which is walking up a hill for an hour, it can be tiring but it's good. keen to go again.

Great trail! Took just under 2 hours from start of dam walk! Very pretty bush land. Saw large turtles swimming in the dam!! Mostly rocky and dusty trail uphill

The trail has bee changed to avoid the Hornsby Rifle Range. It now goes around it on city streets.
