such a quiet little quick track, nice for a quiet space and a little outdoor time. not to crazy on terrains it’s rocky but not enough to throw u off. great for the dogs, took my pup and found it great for a little exercise nothing to strenuous for a sunday.

high level of incline and multiple terrains, great for legs and glutes. dog friendly and very popular. GREAT VEIWS, lots of lookout points and chairs to stop n rest

I found this walk incredibly easy but the view was amazing

A great view of Canberra; War Memorial, Old and New Parliament houses. Trail starts at the War Memorial. Winding track with information markers along the way. (there's a car park at the top, if you're feeling lazy)

Spotted a few kangaroos and a local made fun of me for stopping to take pictures since “they are everywhere, mate.” Great views from the top as well.

beautiful trail

The south side of the trail (Sulwood Drive side) is currently undergoing some upgrades due to the number of people using it for hiking, trail running and dog walking. All trails to the summit (3 marked) require a degree of fitness due to the steepness for parts of the track. Good views of Canberra from the top and usually numerous kangaroos can be seen along the trail. A great short return trip to the summit, or a longer full circuit. A very popular trail in Southern Canberra.

Great with a dog in tow. But beware the mobs of roos, they conive to distract the best trained puppies

Great Morning hike. Brought the dog. No snakes. Some people. Great view and photos.

Great distance and challenge for my 5 year old, fairly easy for my 8. Decent views over the gorge wondering at water levels in the winter/spring- could be gorgeous down there

I witnessed one of the most gorgeous sunsets here! Suitable for easy and recovery runs!

Good short trail. 2.5 - 3.5 hours. Shady and some holes suitable for swimming. Spring should be able to see some good wildflowers. Good birding spot early in the morning.

Good walk. Does have interpretive signs. Fairly easy.

great view good for biking and walk/running trail

easy and nice view on top...

Easy trail. Definitely recommend- offers great views of Canberra too! We stopped in on the way back to the Botanical Gardens for a coffee and walked around their rainforest track- also highly recommend!

Nice trail with pretty scenery. The trail is quite rocky at the beginning, but evens out after about 500m. Some sections of the trail aren’t very well marked. Overall quite a nice walk.

This is an excellent trail. Easy path for anyone to take. Lots to see & you will be amazed. It’s a great adventure. Bring your camera because you’ll have plenty to want to click away with.

A great, short walk with a short steep incline. Mostly flat fire trail waking. Links into the Canberra Centenary Trail.

Good walk, challenging for me. View from top isn't as good as mt Ainslie and Black mountain though.

Amazing trail! Kangaroos and many birds!

Would help if this actually existed. they're mountain biking paths only. not safe to walk

Love this trail and the fact you can do a loop (up via walking trail and back using the fire trail). Panoramic views over the ACT and towards Canberra & Black Mountain from the top. Amazing granite forrmations. https://hikingtheworld.blog/2018/10/19/gibraltar-peak-tidbinbilla/

Great walk! not much view but challenging for me!

Moderate hike/walk with some steep parts & steps! Really enjoyed it, and fantastic view from the top. Didn’t take too long either, and saw some fantastic wildlife along the way.
