Was a nice trial, it was my first one but very nice! The view from the top of the Comopedrosa is absolutely stunning! The route is sometimes a little bit hard to find and the rating hard is definitely right for this one!

Took about 1.5hrs going slowly. Nice views of Arinsal and the ski slope. starts just outside of town and ends behind the water factory. Might be nice to have a walking stick.

I didn't do the entire trail. if you look at my route, one section was very untraveled and harder to see the trail in the snow. Another section did have a slightly sketchy waterfall crossing. crossing on rocks was required. Not terrible, but be aware. But these were on the sections where we deviated from the trail loop this is tagged to because we didn't have time for a 10 mile hike. On those sections the trail seemed regularly used and was well marked and easy to follow.

The view from the peak of Font Blanc is spectacular! There are several paths to get to the peak and we chose to use the northwest route for our ascent. Once you pass 7000 feet, the trail appears to have been washed and is impossible to find. We ended up with a direct ascent through loose rocks and boulders for the last 2200 feet. Taking the southeast descent, it was much easier to find the trail, although the yellow trail markers look very much like the yellow lichen that grows here. Still a beautiful and very challenging hike!

Très bonne randonnée pour aller au pic. Malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu aller jusqu’au bout du parcours car c’était hors piste et assez dangereux. Néanmoins, la vue depuis le lac est fantastique

Definitely challenging but a beautiful hike. We were 3, all around 30 years old, of mixed hiking experience, handled it pretty well in right under 6 hours of moving time with about an hour total for breaks. Slower groups doing the round-trip within 8-9 hours. Start early to avoid a strong sun, we did it the beginning of September on a day with not a cloud in the sky. Highly recommend

Great weather, the sun was out but not too hot. Pretty steep going up, but some beautiful waterfalls to stop and catch your breath at. And the lake was so clear. Not a huge lake, but apparently the largest in Andorra.
