Trails are great for full suspension but a little wrist jarring for rigid frames nice tight corners so get those brakes set right cause you will need them here

Interesting history of this site. Several little trails around this area. Watch out for poison ivy along the trails. Nice little creek running through the area, and it is a beautiful wooded area.

Clean trails, pretty easy to navigate. Pretty level, nothing to strenuous. Nice quick work out.

be careful going after rain. mud can be pretty deep and thick. no lake/pond that i found any of the multiple times ive been there. hike is nice and lots of trails to explore.

I tried this trail last Tues and it was extremely muddy! Maybe again in a few weeks....

For being a short little local trail, we thought it was great! Not exactly sure which of the trails is the actual trail. When you come to the rickety bridge, we first continued straight. There was one area where we had a hard time seeing where the trail went and assumed it was a dead end instead of a loop. On our way back to the car, we decided to take a different trail. We went up the trail that would have been right before the bridge when coming from the parking lot. This is the route I would actually recommend taking. It has a small steady hill, then crosses over a road and continues on the other side. There was still a lot more we could have explored, but we looped back because it was getting late. Extra bonus for my kids, there's a fun geocache along this trail!

Biking Bust. First off, the directions took us to a private drive. So instead of taking the final turn, go a little further to the baseball field. As for the trail, it started out great. However, once you get passed the bridge the overgrowth becomes progressively worse. We thought we could tough it out but the unavoidable stinging nettle quickly changed our minds. If youre hiking, dress up. Im sure you hikers will love it. As for horses, unless youre riding a Shetland pony, you wont make it 200yrds. Im sure this trail is amazing and with a little TLC would be an awesome place to ride. If anyones interested in a Saturday cleanup, send me a message and we'll get a team to spend a day cleanin the trails up. Tootles.

Great hiking trails. lots of dogs and bikers in late afternoon innocence days. otherwise lovely!

Went hiking twice in in the last week while visiting family in the area. Took two completely different hikes by visiting different sections of Banner Forest. The trails are very diverse ranging from large main trails to small side trails to mountain biking trails. There was a ton of great wildlife and vegetation and the difference between our sunny day versus the second hike when it was rainy was interesting.

Great trail for a quick getaway. Went earlier this week when it was nice out, very flooded and marshy with lots of ivy and sting nettle covering the trails. Not much of a hike in distance but if you like to trail run/mountain bike this trail offers a good amount of fun.

not stroller friendly. seemed to us like the hang out for local drug users. saw about 4 that were no doubt back in the woods doing drugs.
