"Bite my lip and close my eyes..." Did Green Day put this place on the map??! According to wikipedia, Green Day's song was named after Longview, WA and everytime I come here, I can't help but to sing it!:)!

Very nice walk around the lake. Great place to take a lunch break and go for a walk after.

Nice place to run or go for a walk. It's a flat path around the lake so it's not much of a hiking trail.

this place really needs better maintenance. the water is very dirty. it's nice for a night time run but not much to do really. other than the 4th of July but the booths really suck last year. the city should try doing more with this place!

Flat walk, with under passes at bridges. Busy in summer, good playgrounds for kids. GO 4th Celebration in July and fireworks show each year

One of the best parts of Longview. Great trail for a nice walk. Very well maintained and beautiful.

Simple, wide trail that goes around Lake Sacajawea in Longview, Wa. Great for families, strollers, running and walking. It's also used for bicycles. Quite busy in the summer and on any day the sun decides to come out. Lots of playgrounds. There are restrooms but they always seem to be locked when I've been there.

Live only couple blocks away spend a lot of time at the lake nice place just to get out and see some wildlife, right smack Dab in the middle of town.

This is a good trail for getting in a quick run but it's busy so it's best to go early. We were surprised to see a couple of otters the other day in addition to the usual ducks that frequent the lake.
