Meandering along the Deerfield River is bucolic. A wonderful stop is in North Adams at Mass MoCA. And then stop in for a nosh in Williamstown and stop by the Clark Museum of Art.Danny Valintine on Mohawk Trail Scenic Drive2 years agohikingAs a child growing up in New England I always fall back to this area. It has beautiful sites and hiking trails. I have done the loop several times already as a kid and as an adult. It has also a lot of history behind as well. The Mohawk Trail in the early days was a trading route where pioneers traded fur for goods. A lot of other history as well. Great place to visit especially in the Fall.Alan Bourne on P'town Loop2 years agoscenic drivingCross the Bourne Bridge and follow 28 around through Falmouth and back up to US6 near Hyannis.. By the time you get to Hyannis it will change from a loop to out and back. Cape Cod is a place all it's own. It is a playground for millions of visitors and home to the unique locals.Alan Bourne on Berkshire Hills Scenic Dr...3 years agoscenic drivingI have driven the Berkshires many times at many times of the year. Fall foliage here will give New Hampshire some competition, but it is always nice.Alan Bourne on Mohawk Trail Scenic Drive3 years agoscenic drivingThis is the first scenic drive I can remember from childhood. And over the years I still love it as much as my grandparents did when they shared this beautiful ride. There is history, art, culture, shopping, tourist stuff and most of all, beautiful scenery.Kevin Perry on Mohawk Trail Scenic Drive5 years agoscenic drivingThis famous, classic route is beautiful at any time of year. During fall foliage, it is stunning! Literally! I've seen people get their first exposure to New England foliage along this road, and watched them stare, open-mouthed. Do not miss this route if you can get there.
