Not a demanding trail but has an amazing pay off with Shoshone Lake (the largest backcountry lake in the US) half way. Make sure to bring a picnic lunch and spend some time explore the lake area.

Incredible view of Mt. Sheridan from the west side of the lake. Tough hike back up to the road along Delacy Creek early in the season due to snow accumulation.
