Pelican Creek Nature Trail is a 0.7 mile moderately trafficked loop trail located near Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming that features a lake and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, nature trips, and fishing and is accessible from June until September.
This trail is the most beautiful hike I have ever done in the park, and I have done several. The trail is nice and flat, you take a right at the junction at the parking lot. The trail runs along the shore of Yellowstone lake and your feet sink in the sand. Got to see several Pelicans(around 40) hence the name of the hike.
