I can't find the Highline Trail I hiked in the Wind River Range of Wyoming, which is south of Jackson Hole. They might be one in the same, but I am not sure. Sorry if this confuses you. However, the Highline Trail I DID hike was really nice. The scenery was amazing and the trail was very well kept. Highly recommended.
