Upper Falls Walking Trail is a 1.9 mile lightly trafficked loop trail located near Upper Falls, West Virginia that features a lake and is good for all skill levels. The trail offers a number of activity options and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

Meadowood Park features soccer fields, volleyball, picnic shelters, children's play structures, fishing and boating. Upper Falls Point provides a spectacular view of the Upper Falls of Coal River. Upper Falls Walking Trail is one of a series of autonomous trails that comprise the Walhonde Walking Trail system. It is an essentially flat, point-to-point matrix that connects all areas of the park. The trail is wheelchair-accessible, except the portion along the scenic Upper Falls of Coal River.

Trail overgrown almost non passable. Do not recommend

Easy walk around the falls and then around the lake. The coal river was beautiful and clean. We stopped for about 45 minutes and let the dogs swim around.
