Access requires a Discover Pass which is a State Park visitor pass not to be confused with a National Forest pass. Its $10 for the day, $30 for the year.
Just beautiful, some of the locals told me it's also called naked falls since people jump in and come out nude. There are a couple of waterfalls that collect and pool near the bottom, its a nice sight, deep, cold and can be dangerous if you're not careful. If you go up the road past the falls you will find a really nice camping area up to 7 days with a discover pass. They have bathrooms and a manager on site check it out!
Washed out and difficult to find

FYI Washington requires a day-use pass called a Discover Pass which is a State Park visitor pass not to be confused with a National Forest pass. Its $10 for the day, $30 for the year. There is [seemingly] no where nearby to purchase the Discover pass so don't make the mistake we did and get all the way there to have to risk getting a $100 ticket. Luckily it was early enough in the season that no one was patroling :)
Went on a hot summer day to cool off in the water. Dougan falls has the best swimming, but if you travel upstream to Naked falls there are some really cool cliffs to jump off of.
