Upper Lyman Lake Trail is a 2.2 mile trail located near Stehekin, WA that features a lake. The trail is primarily used for hiking and is accessible from August until August.
Directions from Holden: Hike up the Hart/Lyman Lakes Trail to Lyman Lake. The Upper Lyman Lake Trail passes by the east edge of Lyman Lake and into the meadows of Upper Lyman.
The upper Lyman Lake trail takes you up the drainage above Lyman Lake to Upper Lyman Lake and Spider Pass. There are beautiful views of hanging glaciers clinging to the rock above on the west. From the pass you can walk down the Spider Glacier out out through Spider Meadows, a static glacier shrinking slowly away, or explore the east side of the pass and see if you can find the old mine.
It really doesn't make a lot of sense to list this as a separate trail because it is a connector for several great hikes including a great 40+ loop from Trinity Mine to the Spider Meadows Trailhead, 1 1/2 miles down the road
