Nice flat and short hike through old growth forest to beautiful three prong waterfall that captures rainbows in the spray. Passes over a few spring fed and snow runoff creeks along the way. Sol Duc Falls rages under a wooden bridge and the hike has a wooden platform at the end of the trail - nice place to sit and enjoy the falls!
Love this hike to a unique waterfall! One of the best, shorter hikes to do in Olympic!
Short hike to a beautiful falls. Almost no elevation gain or loss and the trail is well maintained. We went and soaked in the hot springs afterward and it made for a great day!
nice hike with an amazing ending. the waterfall was a sight to see. loved this one. really easy walk.
Great short trail with amazing views of the waterfall from the bridge at the end.
Easy & Beautiful Hike. Topped off with a very unique falls! Very shaded, don't matter what time you start this hike
Loved this hike. Amazing trees, lush vegetation and a beautiful waterfall to top off the hike.
Great hike. Pretty simple and easy, but with fantastic views. Neat bridges and awesome waterfalls. Lots of little trails off the main ones. Much more to explore then you will first think.
Easy hike with a good view of Sol Duc Falls at the end.
Super easy hike, and the falls is amazing. Very well maintained trail. If you go over the bridge at the falls, past the wooden lookouts, and onto that trail you can easily go stand in the middle of the river on one of the many little rock mounds. That's actually where my fiance proposed. Absolutely perfect! I recommend going for a soak in the hot springs afterwards, even if you aren't staying the night there.
I really love the cascading waterfalls here! It's a super easy hike as well. Good for the whole family!
Easy hike to falls. Saw rainbows in falls mist
Falls are spectacular. Camped on the river in fall, quiet and otherworldly.
