Osborne Mountain Trail is a 7.8 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Ashford, Washington that features a great forest setting and is rated as difficult. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, nature trips, and birding and is accessible from March until October.
This trail starts in the Big Creek Campground. The first part is fairly steep and gives you a good workout. Once you get over the western ridge line it evens out some. The trail is in good condition with a few washouts from streams. Motorbikes, bikes, and animals are allowed on the trail and I could see the tracks from a motorbike, but I didn't see anyone else on the trail that day. I don't think it is well used. Not much to look at, there are a few clearings with good views.
